It was so appreciated when there are so many things to keep in mind and so many tasks to cross off your list. They made everything so much easier! The way everything came together looked absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations by far. The decor was done so beautifully and we were very impressed. The food was amazing, the bartender was great and super friendly and every single guest made comments to me about how wonderful the event was and how nice the venue was. We could not be any happier with our decision to get married at the Makoy. It was absolutely perfect!!!

Heritage golf club was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Liz and her team were so professional and kind to us throughout the whole experience. Liz was very quick to respond to emails and the staff help to not only set up, but tear down the venue which alleviates a lot of stress on the couple. The team was very cooperative in making our dream vision come to life and checking in on the couple and their guests throughout the night. I got married at Darby House on April 6th, 2024! The venue itself is beautiful, so classy and romantic. We worked with Kayla who was so helpful from the start of the planning process to the very end, we only had a 6 month engagement, which was no problem with how easy planning with Darby House was! Kayla, along with our other vendors, made our wedding day so perfect and there wasn't a second where I was worried about the timeline of events or things being where they needed to be, because Darby House had it covered! The all-inclusive pricing made planning so much easier since so many vendors come as a part of the package when you book your wedding, it saved me time and mental energy to just relax and focus on my relationship with my now husband. We loved our Darby House Wedding and I hope I get to attend a wedding there in the future!

Alton Farmstead was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was incredibly helpful, serving as an extra set of hands when needed, and incredibly kind and attentive throughout the process. Natalie was extremely responsive during the booking process, which was smooth and organized, and she continued to be timely and informative with her communication leading up to our big day. She kept on top of all the details, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The venue itself was everything I dreamed of - the beautiful, rustic charm with gorgeous floral accents. When we toured the venue, this location was so beautiful and checked off every box for us, but what really sold us was the staff and Kaylie, our wedding day coordinator, who were all so helpful in making our big day a reality. They have some amazing vendors that frequent and already have a great relationship with the zoo that made the day run with ease, and to top it all off have animals and a giraffe feeding during cocktail hour was a hit. So many of our guests made a point to mention how great of a time they had, some saying it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. This place has a beautiful rustic feel, bar games, and just all around great atmosphere. We didn't even decorate anything! They had plenty of tables with nice black covers to make them more upscale. The murals bring so much life into the room. I had so many compliments on the space! Josh was very easy to work with throughout the planning process! The drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I would choose this place all over again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we met Skyler and John at THE WENBECK Wedding & Events Center, we knew this was the perfect venue for our 190-person wedding. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as we were able to have a huge dance floor while still enjoying the spacious balcony that gave us the option to be inside and outside during the wedding. The Putt-Putt course is unmatched! Skyler and John cared so deeply not only about our event, but about us as a person, which was incredibly different than other venues we toured. Skyler was incredibly organized, anticipating details I didn't even know I had to think about, and always had the perfect solution. From the final walkthrough to the rehearsal, Skyler brought such a calming presence to an otherwise hectic time, and I don't know how I could ever thank her enough. The venue is amazing. I loved every moment. The only thing that was an issue was that our main contact retired before we got married. She was very communicative and amazing, then we couldn't get email responses and overall communication was lacking after she left. The wedding ended up going so smoothly and it was all fine but it did cause stress beforehand. I LOVE the venue and would recommend it, but hope they will work on the communication.

The Golf Club at Little Turtle was the first venue that we looked at. I knew after we saw it that we really didn’t need to look at other venues. It was the one. The whole place is beautiful from the entry to the ball room and outside space down to the locker room/dressing areas where we got ready. We worked with Tyger through every detail and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She made everything so easy. The day of was literally stress free for us!! She kept everything rolling and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Dinner was amazing. We had mahi-mahi, chicken marsala, and braised short ribs with macaroni and cheese and red potatoes. EVERYONE still talks about how good the food was. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined! We are so happy that we picked The Golf Club at Little Turtle for our wedding. We highly recommend them!

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

From the moment we first contacted The MAiZE at Little Darby Creek, we were impressed by their patient, flexible, and informative communication style. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a unique and spacious layout that provided ample room for our wedding celebration. One of the standout moments was when the staff personally escorted my 91-year-old grandmother to the ceremony and back to the reception, ensuring she was comfortable and taken care of. They also recommended an excellent DJ. The kids (and adults!) had a wonderful time exploring the slides and taking the wagon ride over to the ceremony site. White Willow Meadows was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we inquired, the team was fast, efficient and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the planning process. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with stunning landscaping and well-maintained facilities. We received so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was. We loved having the option to host our ceremony in the beautiful gardens or covered patio. The on-site overnight lodging at the dairy barn was also a huge perk that we really enjoyed. The White Willow Meadows team was wonderful to work with and truly made our special day perfect in every way.

The team at 1883 Locale was incredible to work with! We were planning from several states away, but even virtually, the team immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Throughout the planning process, they consistently offered prompt responses to our questions and clarifications. 1883's comprehensive services eased our planning process; their required beverage package left us with one less decision to make, and their extensive decor inventory saved us both time and money! They offered a huge variety of add-ons that would have further eased our planning, but we enjoyed taking advantage of the flexibility of bringing in outside vendors. That said, we leaned heavily on their vendor referrals, since we had limited familiarity with the area. Our day-of experience appeared seamless, and we felt fully comfortable to trust the team at 1883 Locale to collaborate efficiently with out other vendors. The bride and her side of the party appreciated the ease of getting ready on-site. Honestly the only room for improvement we saw was in the limitations of the space itself: the get-ready space is rather small, so even our small party felt a little crowded once the hair and makeup vendors joined us in that space. We had also hoped to encourage guests to use the get-ready room during our event, but it ended up becoming necessary storage for our belongings. The parking situation required some creativity, and we had difficulty communicating to our guests about it, but ultimately everyone ended up where they needed to be. We highly recommend booking 1883 Locale - you won't regret it!

Lorraine and the entire OBR team were FANTASTIC to work with! The entire planning process and communication with them seriously could not have been easier. I was able to visit the venue twice before booking. Lorraine answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughout the planning process and in the months leading up to the wedding. We had a blast using the lodge and grooms' suite to get ready the morning of the wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning -- inside and outside! If I could go back and do it all over again, I would absolutely make the same decision and get married at the OBR. 10/10 recommend, for sure!!

Buss Farms is the best hidden gem wedding venue near Columbus. My (now) husband and I had searched for quite a few venues and just never got that perfect “feeling” that I wanted about any of them. Every place had some negatives that I couldn’t quite get past. Then, my husband found Buss Farms and we booked a tour. We immediately loved the owners, Matt and Stephanie! They were just the sweetest and made us feel so comfortable and excited about envisioning our wedding there! They just made it so personal for us! The venue itself is stunning! We barely needed any decor because the venue itself is so beautiful! It was perfect size for our wedding and I loved having separate spaces for dinner seating and cocktail hour stuff. The views from where the ceremony is held outside are the most perfect backdrop for any photos! THE PINE TREES though. When Matt and Stephanie were showing us the venue, they showed us the mini pine tree forest and that sealed the deal for me! It is absolutely breathtaking for sunset photos (or any photos really). Matt and Stephanie were the warmest people and so easy to work with. They have great experience and ideas. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more!

Everything tasted great, many of my guests complimented the meal, and I really love how the table décor looked. As our wedding was Halloween themed, I invited the staff to dress up, and I was happy to see that they did and also had a good time. I don’t even know where to start with how wonderful the Brook is. From the gorgeous forest setting, to the option to stay onsite for the weekend, the ability to use the many versatile spaces, to the full suite of amenities for an excellent price, they really have it all. So many of our guests said that our August 3 2024 wedding was one of the most beautiful that they’ve ever been to, and that was definitely because of the Brook! Besides the beautiful setting and many amenities, the Brook team is some of the best of the best. It is a true family business. They were so responsive throughout the entire process, answering any and all questions we had across almost 2 years of wedding planning. With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Your guests will start by entering a stunning marble foyer which is perfect for a cocktail hour. The foyer could also be great for small events only requiring seating for 100. The main room can seat another 350 guests. We can help you provide your guests with an incredible experience for any event. The Skylight is perfect for weddings, company parties, proms, fundraisers, public events or anything you can think of!

We had our wedding on the 4th of May 2024. Barb was absolutely fantastic. She was accommodating and communicative. The venue is perfect, being that no one has to travel from place to place for a ceremony and reception. We had everything right there and the courthouse being down the road made for amazing pictures! The atmosphere is elegant and timeless, with a bit of history(used to be an old post office). If you’re doing an Ohio wedding near Newark OH and you don’t check this venue out, it’s a huge mistake! I can only give 5 stars but if I could, I’d give 100!

The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly versatile, with every detail thoughtfully pre-prepped to make the setup process a breeze. Never did I imagine that my husband and l's big day would be such an amazing stress free event. Destiny and her team at the Postmark left a big imprint on our hearts and made us feel like we were a part of the teams family. Never once did they rush us or push us to do anything we never wanted. Destiny gave us some amazing recommendations on floor plans, ideas for decor and helped us through every step of the way and did it all with a smile. Any questions I had? Instantly answered with ease and then some. Not even did I gain a beautiful memory and a beautiful place for pictures, but a few friends along the way! If I could go back and relive our big day I would do it in a heartbeat knowing that there was so much love and hard work shared between us, the Venue and the wonderful team with us. I couldn't recommend anyone else to celebrate our day with!
