“This man is an absolute legend! We had so much fun at our wedding and got ENDLESS compliments from our guests on how great our DJ was. We attended 9 weddings before ours, and a common theme we noticed is how big of a difference it makes when you hire a DJ who interacts with the crowd and is not afraid to step out of the box of original wedding music, and entertain the crowd. DJ Milk is that guy!!! From the moment we found and interacted through calls with him we knew he would deliver and provide a unique experience for our wedding day. DJ Milk had a detailed process to understand the type of music we wanted to hear, ensuring the dancefloor was packed the whole night. He executed on all levels! He started the night by warming up the dancefloor with some classics while mixing in the headbanging EDM and making the boomers and other guests go wild on the dance floor. He also let us spray the CO2 machine, and I think we ran it completely out. He did a fantastic job as the evening “Emcee” running the speeches, dances, coordinating our anniversary dance, and more! It felt like we were at the best dance party of our lives, and we were sad to see the night come to an end. I even saw my mother-in-law head banging, which is a sight I never thought I would see! The compliments on the music, night, and vibe from the wedding never ended weeks after our wedding. We even had the director of operations at the wedding venue come up from his office and enjoy the music. He said, “This is the best wedding music we’ve had at this venue”. One thing we consistently noted, was that the reception could be made or broken by the music choices, sound quality, and general atmosphere created by the DJ. Todd was our first choice. He was quick to reply, always professional, and very accommodating with our many specific requests. It turns out, we hired Todd without even knowing that both of my wife’s sisters had hired him for their weddings 10 years before! Todd was great. He really made our day special. We kept saying that the one thing we cared most about was our guests having a great time. And each of them did. We had friends and family coming up to us all night saying that it was one of the most fun weddings they have been to. We attribute a huge part of that to Todd and Dance Trax. The music was fun and just the right volume. The sound quality wasn’t all distorted or washed out. “I do not have enough words to profess how incredible Blake was as our DJ. During the planning process he was extremely relatable, fun , and respectful of our wishes. He made great recommendations and eased any concerns we had about our big day. He also took the time to respond to us while he was on vacation and sent us an advanced shortened version of our first dance song so that we could practice our first dance. On the day of, Blake blew EVERYONE away. My husband was very concerned about the size of my dress while dancing so Blake ran us through the song early so we could practice before the reception began. His instincts as a DJ were SPOT-ON! Every song he played in the order he played them contributed to the absolute best party. Our tastes are a little all over the place (country, classic rock, oldies) and Blake was able to mix them all in and give us a night to truly remember. He was fantastic on the aux during introductions and kept our rowdy crowd going for hours and hours. What might've been most impressive is that he managed to get all 200 guests out of the ballroom in less than two minutes so that we could have our "last dance". The number one thing guests were commenting on, I can’t tell you how many times I was asked, “Where did you FIND them?!” The songs they played were perfect; you can really tell they pay attention to the vibe of the crowd! They offer services for all sound needs throughout the day (mics for officiant, ceremony sound, cocktail hour, etc). Rich is an all-around good person: professional, kind, easy-going.
