Jeff was superb! He made our once in a lifetime occasion a once in a lifetime experience! His communication was clear and he responded quickly. He really made our big day so much bigger. He played all of the songs people wanted, he didn’t sit in the corner, and he was engaged with our guests in entertaining ways, but just at the right moments. It’s clear he’s been doing this for a long time! Oh, and he was very affordable. If we get divorced and I remarry, Amplified Events will assuredly be at my next wedding!

I cannot recommend Amplified Events MI enough!! I first discovered them at a wedding at Journeymans and they kept the night seamless. We wanted a DJ for our wedding that took our playlist seriously while also giving some creative freedom, so I asked for their information. Let me tell you - they did not disappoint!! DJ Jeff kept the dancing electric and there was never a moment where the floor was empty. He was so helpful throughout the planning process and answered all my 100 questions as an anxious bride. We decided to go with the uplights & photobooth as well, which we can say was the best decision!! It added the perfect ambiance & our family raved about the photos they got to take home. The Michigan team was basically our wedding coordinator for the whole process & especially on the day of, so we couldn’t have done it without them. He even custom edited a song for my father/daughter dance so I could have both parts I liked. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!! I can’t wait to add photos once we get them back :)

We typically put together a package of services for our customers. We find that most customers need about 6 hours of service for their reception. This includes an hour of cocktail music, an hour of dinner music, and about four hours of dance music. Our hourly rate includes our professional sound system, turntables, a DJ / MC, wireless microphones, Online Planning Tools, Set-Up, and Tear-Down for the event. We also offer many other add-on services for an additional fee including: Dance Floor Lighting, Ceremony Audio, Uplighting, Photo-Booth, Digital Monogram, and our very own Piano Man!… you’ll need to ask about that one…

Absolutely! We find that every wedding and every couple is so unique in their music taste, style, and vision for the night. We have couples give us 900 songs while others give us only 2. Whatever the amount, we want you know that you can have as much creative control over the music that you wish. This includes giving us your MUST Play songs and even your DO NOT Play songs.

Unfortunately, no. We do not invite prospective customers to weddings. We’re sure you can understand because we won’t invite customers to your wedding either. We do tons of amazing public events through the year so if you’re interested in seeing us perform live, reach out and let us know and we’ll tell you about our next public event.

Yes, of course! Couples hire us all the time to provide the music for their ceremony. Just like for the Cocktail Hour, Dinner Music, and Dancing portion of the night, you can have as much creative control as you like by picking the songs you definitely want to hear for your Pre-ceremony when guests are arriving, Processional, and Recessional etc.
