Very Good At What They Do But Unprofessional
I will start on a good note by saying that once they arrived to our event all our requests were met, they kept the party going, were very flexible with last minute changes, set up a fan for me when I got hot without asking and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times. I was very impressed with how well they could read the crowd. That being said they are not great at communication, they were 10-15 minutes late to our ceremony (making us start late), I had to send in their questionnaire twice because they misplaced the first one, called me (the bride) multiple times instead of the point of contact the day of while I was getting ready, and when we had our "2 week our phone call" to finalize details it ended up being three days before the wedding at 9:30pm. Not to mention said phone call was supposed to be 15-20 minutes long but ended up being over an hour listening to them boasting about how great they are and how hard they work. All in all they aren't a bad company, they do great work and are very attentive, but they take on a lot of jobs and are spread too thin.
Amazing time
Wildside Entertainment By DJ ZIk was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction, they were professional, quick to respond, and very nice. On the day of the wedding, they were punctual and ready to go. When an unexpected issue came up with the originally planned DJ, they quickly found a replacement and had them there without any delay. Their attentiveness and ability to problem-solve on the fly really put our minds at ease and allowed us to just enjoy the celebration. The music and energy they brought to the dance floor kept our guests entertained all night long. We highly recommend Wildside Entertainment By DJ ZIk for any couple looking for a reliable, high-quality wedding entertainment option.
Kept the dance floor going and day going smooth!
We used DJ Zik at our wedding this last weekend plus his photo booth services. His Photo Booth was a hit and the guests loved it! We have so many good memories to look back to now. He was very professional, set up and tore down fast. I gave him playlists for everything and he followed them but also added some songs in similar genres and our dance floor was going all night long! We did run into some snags with our timeline and he was so helpful with helping us rearrange some things throughout the night and making things smooth. Would recommend!
Wedding
We were super excited to work with DJ Zik and felt really confident with the many reviews we found online during the wedding planning process. He set up a very detailed meeting before hand to be prepared before the day of. Unfortunately on wedding day he showed up close to two hours late so we did not have any processional music before the ceremony started when guests were arriving and we had to push the ceremony back over an hour. Our whole wedding day timeline had to be rearranged and go on the fly. At times he came to ask me what we wanted to be played during dinner which we had already talked about in the meeting which was a little frustrating. He had car troubles which is understandable but took a lot of time to get things rearranged on a wedding day. Once we got to the reception he did an amazing job and the guests loved him and his style. Aside from the delay it was a great DJ experience and he kept the dance floor alive till the last song!
