Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Both of our spaces feature original hardwood floors, warehouse style windows, and exposed brick, creating a beautiful raw aesthetic.

First Horizon Park (formerly First Tennessee Park) may be built for baseball, but the state-of-the-art facility is also quite versatile: fully equipped to turn the outfield into a concert stage, the warning track into a beer tasting line, or the infield into a soccer pitch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. We offer seating for up to 400 inside or 575 when paired with the outdoor covered pavilion. The pavilion is the perfect place to start your cocktail reception. Our historical architecture shines with the exposed arched brick walls, high ceilings reaching 10 – 20 feet, ornate ironwork, arched windows, hardwood flooring and beautiful chandelier serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding, corporate or social event.

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls.
