From the moment we booked Grahams Estate, the communication with Michele and the Graham family was fast, effective and reliable. They made the process of planning our wedding so easy and took care of everything, ensuring a stress-free day for us and our guests. The venue itself has an elegant, country flair that perfectly matched our vision. The Graham family was so personable throughout the experience, never making us feel like just another couple. They stayed on site the entire night, ensuring no one felt neglected. Even though we booked just two months before the wedding, putting a lot of pressure on them, they brought our vision to life with warmth and hospitality. 5 stars are simply not enough for this wonderful venue!

Grahams Estate was the most beautiful venue for our September 2024 wedding. Michele, the event coordinator, was absolutely amazing - she answered every call, email, and text almost immediately and made the entire planning process stress-free. The venue was everything we had dreamed of and more, and the staff did an incredible job ensuring that our wedding day was perfect in every way. Grahams Estate was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was effective and fast - they answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we felt well-informed throughout the planning process. Yes, parking is on a grassy area. Please understand this is on uneven terrain and there is a little walking to ceremony and reception area. However, we have options for assisting disabled guests to these areas upon request and waiver.

Our reception area is on concrete. Our ceremony area is in the grass. Bathrooms are accessible by wheelchair as well as the Bridal Chateau. We can help transport disabled guest with waiver.

Set up, clean up, 60 inch round tables, three 8ft banquet tables, four 6ft banquet tables, white garden chairs, black lines, Chandelier lighting, Ceremony arches with seating, Pavilion with Crystal Chandelier, String lighting, Chiffon drapery, two outdoor bathrooms, Bridal Chateau, Groom's Suite, trash service

Your reservation includes 12 hours from start to finish. The venue rental is from 11am-11pm the day of the event. The 11:00pm is a HARD end time. This means the facility needs to be cleaned up, packed, up lights off, and all guests off the Estate according to Gallatin ordinance. NO EXCEPTIONS. It's best to end the festivities by 10:00pm to allow ample time for clean up of the chateau, suite, ceremony, and reception areas.

If event is cancelled or Consultant's services are no longer required, no portion of the fees paid to Consultant will be returned. If notice of cancellation is given less than 6 months before event date, final payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date.

Our building is located 30 mins away from Berry Field Nashville (BNA). You can reach our venue by public transportation, or by private car or taxi.

Our venue is fully insured. However, you will need to obtain Event Insurance to cover the day of the event.
