Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

This space is unique in that it is completed with Italian Renaissance, beaux-arts and Greek Classical architectural types by the well-known architect C. Emlen Urban in 1905. The building itself was originally an all-girls school, causing great controversy for its exquisiteness and updated technologies. This space is available for wedding ceremonies or receptions, corporate events, and many more.

Stoner Commons is located in the center of beautiful Lancaster County in Manheim Township at Overlook Park. Growing up on a small farmette only a few hundred yards away the owner of Stoners Barn and Grille to this day lives close by and remembers his childhood days of playing in the fields and riding horses through the meadows on the Historic Stoner Farm. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more.
