Our main dining room features an original mahogany wood, marble and copper bar with finishes circa 1874 and an original pressed tin ceiling. Our outdoor private event space, which is located in the garden on the corner of Court St and 4th Place, boasts over 1,000 square feet. Covered in plush astro turf, it has flexible seating arrangements , or it can be cleared for a standing cocktail style event. We are a small, family owned and operated restaurant. We love throwing parties, and we’d love having you in. We have an indoor space that seats 24 and an outdoor space that seats 24. 12 of the outdoor seats are covered. We host a rehearsal dinner just about every other week. Stone Park Cafe, which opened in September 2004, was the longtime dream of owners Josh Foster and Josh Grinker, childhood friends who grew up in Park Slope. The Mill Neck Manor, a majestic Tudor Revival mansion, is set on an 86-acre estate overlooking the Long Island Sound. The Manor is a 2-story residence with over 34 family rooms, 16 bathrooms, including numerous guest and service rooms. Rusticated Westchester granite blocks trimmed in limestone cover the exterior. The solid oak doorway reported to be between 400 and 500 years old is studded with iron details and unusual hardware made by Samuel Yellin.

We are an interfaith chapel residing on the Long Island University Post Campus. Our Chapel can fit up to 200 guests, with lighting and speakers for all to hear and see your beautiful ceremony. Additionally, we have a lower level room that can be used for getting ready, or a small after-ceremony reception. After the ceremony is done, walk the 330 acre campus to take photos at our labyrinth, Marjorie Merriweather's Estate, and our beautiful gardens.

In addition to our own products, Bitter Monk uses New York State brands exclusively.
