One of the most popular amenities (and we offer so many resources to our couples) we offer is our extensive decorations collection that you can use - free of charge. And after your wedding? The Pearl, a mid-1800’s style barn, is modeled after a barn on the family farm. The timber staircase offers a grand entry for the bride’s debut into the main hall while providing a beautiful backdrop for photos. ​Our names are Craig and Nancy Rogge, and we have lived on and owned this property for over 34 years. We have raised two children here and have used our barns and property all these years to raise horses, cows, chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats, and dogs. We have 30+ years of wonderful memories and stories on our little piece of paradise! ​Our barns were built in 1944 by a previous owner, Walter Kurzweil, who our street is named after and who used the property and barns for a dairy farm. Walter Kurzweil had deep ties to the Raymore community as well as had family connections to the Maxine Dean family (Walter was her Uncle), another prominent Raymore name. ​ If you go back even further, our property was granted to a young man in 1857 as part of the “ScripWarrant Act of 1847.” At that time, public land was gifted through this Act to military personnel for their service in the Mexican-American War.

Andres at GlenMark Farms in New Town St. Charles is a barn setting with the capability to host your ceremony and reception all at the same location. It sits on a 10-acre farm with a beautiful stone amphitheater for your outdoor tented ceremony or event and a newly renovated barn for your Dessert/Beverage area. It only hosts one event per day, so your event will be the only event on this amazing 10-acre property.
