The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Stone Ridge Acres started construction in 2019 and just recently started booking for 2021. It lies on a beautiful ridge in the heart of Pennsylvania. Stone Ridge Acres is owned and operated by Mike & Sarah Brubaker who reside in McAlisterville, Pa. Our goal is to provide a venue with a country-style, as the land surrounding is still being farmed, but has the elegant appeal that anyone would admire. Wind in the Willows is a space of country charm and modern elegance. The stone barn is heated and air conditioned to allow for use year-round, and provides beautiful views of the well-maintained grounds. The property also has a cottage and bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare before the wedding day begins. The gorgeous outdoor scenery provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions.

Here at Pleasant View Farm we do weddings a bit different than some venues. Here you get a wedding weekend and a B&B experience! After all we are a bed and breakfast inn. The property is yours for 3 days. The day before your wedding to set up and decorate just how you like and then time for your rehearsal. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We provide the backdrop, and couples achieve their vision with vendors of their own choosing. New for the 2025 season are 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms that are steps from the barn.
