I believe that everyone is beautiful. Somewhere deep within you, there is a fire of light and joy. Not everyone’s light shines in the same way or with the same strength or even all the time. Stuff changes. People are different, but deep down, everyone is connected to the little bit of themselves that is truly theirs. I’m also all about being adventurous. That could mean we’re going to go climb a mountain or it might mean we’re going to try the really spicy chai tea. By experiencing life in the process of making photos, you’re going to be even more connected to the images because they will have stories that go along with them.

I hate having my photo taken (go figure), my dog Boone makes me laugh every day, and I thrive off of honest, intentional conversations. I’ve worked as a photographer for over 8 years and I know that half the job is connecting with people and offering them an experience, not just a gallery. To be perfectly honest, I love what I do. I'm damn good at it. I have dabbled in all sorts of jobs but I kept coming back to the camera. It feels really good to take the craft that I love so much and share it. The scope of my photography is wide but I specialize in weddings and elopements. I've been photographing weddings since 2005.
