“FIVE STARS!! I knew my wedding day was going to fly by and I wouldn’t be able to witness every moment so having a good videographer was one of the most important things on my list. “Andrew is your photographer for the special day!! My husband and I loved working with Andrew and neither of us had high expectations for wedding photos as our wedding event was very non-traditional. Andrew was given an artistic freedom to take photos in how he thought was best and the photos turned out to be awesome! Also, having candid photos of guests vs. staged was the best tip I saw on the internet and seeing guests enjoying the time is priceless. “Lightyear Studios is truly a master of their craft. My one sole criteria was that I did not want a “point- and -shoot photographer” and they are definitely not that! Nathan and Thanh brings true vision to life. We used them for our engagement shoot, my bridal shower, and our wedding. The pictures have all come out beautiful, and really captured the emotion and energy of the room. My husband and I are as awkward on camera as they come. The Lightyear team eases you and helps you navigate through each picture and pose. I don’t know how they do it but I am all here for it. They have extensive knowledge regarding the use of lighting and creative angles and demonstrate that greatly in their photography. In addition to awesome pictures (for both our engagement and wedding photos), John and Lauren are truly wonderful to work with.
