Chef Adriana had carried two things with her since she was a child: a passion for food, and a red notebook. Through mock restaurants in her family home cooking meals for her sisters and friends before prom to culinary school, pastry classes, and working on the line at busy restaurants, her Red Book stayed full of ideas. And when she filled one, another Red Book took its place.

We are a private family boutique business working alongside our 4 children to teach them work ethic and business principles.
