You can usually find me at home, cleaning up the 95th mess of the day, homeschooling my oldest, editing with a cup of coffee and Gilmore Girls, and always wishing it was warm enough to get my crazy kids outside. I have loved photographing things since I was about 5 years old (Power Rangers paper dolls were my subjects), but I never realized it could be a job until I was married, finished with a bachelor's degree in Math, a Masters degree in secondary education and was a full-time high school teacher.

I'm a wedding photographer who serves many cities in NC, VA, & TN. My photography style is real, authentic, and joyful. I do a mix of comfortable poses and candid moments. Usually just get the important poses then the rest of the day is just capturing candid moments.

Fun fact, they actually filmed some of scenes for the Game of Thrones spin off, House of the dragon there! Among my never-ending list of dream sessions is of course a wedding at Disneyworld and the ultimate outdoorsy engagement session with the wild horses at Shackleford Banks.
