I'm a big big fan of love, laughter, and DIY taco bars. As a Virginia Wedding Photographer I am so excited to share this space with current and future clients because this work is where my passion lives. I have not only built a business over the past few years, but I've built the best family/ support system a girl could ask for. I love fun energy and a good adventure, so don't be afraid to step out of the cozy field look to climb that mountain or get a little dirty. I’m here to make your dreams come true, furry friends included. All that being said I am out here doing what I love and thats capturing all types of moments.
My main goal as your photographer is to really learn about you as a person, as a couple, or as a family so that I can plan out a session or wedding timeline that makes your heart feel overwhelming excitement! I don't take being a built in third wheel or photo buddy lightly. I will laugh with you, cry with you, and work my hardest to make sure that you leave feeling full of joy.

Blown away!
From the moment we first spoke with Jade Sutherland, we knew we had found the perfect wedding videographer. Jade's communication style was effective, bubbly, prompt, and friendly, which put us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was truly exceptional - crisp, encapsulating, and colorful. Jade was so friendly and made the whole process feel so natural, remaining behind the scenes but capturing every special moment of our wedding day. Not even a week after our wedding, we received a wonderful "sneak peek" teaser that gave us a great representation of what was to come. When we got the final wedding video, we were completely blown away by the fantastic quality. Jade managed to include every part of our special day, and watching it feels like we're reliving the magic all over again. Jade is PHENOMENAL! I has switched to Jade from another photographer and it was the best decision we made! She’s so professional and easy going. We were super nervous about our engagement and the wedding but Jade always made us feel at ease. She’s great with directing us for poses (we had no idea what we were doing!).

From the first day when we booked with her through the whole wedding planning process Jade made it as easy and seamless for us as possible. She is such a joy to work with and her whole team was so professional and fun. They made sure to get all the family/portrait shots we wanted, as well as lots of fun, creative, and candid photos that truly captured the joy and memories of our day. With the crazy busy schedule of the day she helped keep things flowing seamlessly and was there to support us in whatever we needed.
