Situated on the grounds of a historic beanery, Hartlot Happening is a reclaimed industrial event space conveniently located 5 miles from the village of Skaneateles and close to Route 5. We offer a modern, industrial environment with an urban vibe in a private, rural setting. Our 19th-century concrete buildings have been thoughtfully updated to preserve their character. The venue and courtyard combined offer over 3000 square feet of versatile space. We are hoping to create a memorable experience in our extraordinary setting. We are located at the beautiful historic old Sinclair Chair Factory built in 1871 on Skaneateles Creek. With gorgeous views and attention to historic detail, our goal is to produce a unique setting to create memories of a lifetime. Guests have all day access, will be the only event occurring in our facility that day, and have 100% of our attention! We are only 1.9 miles from the center of Skaneateles village. The village offers a multitude of attractions with many great eateries, bars, clothing stores, antique shops and more. Also, the lake provides a great opportunity for fun activities with friends and family.

Curtis Manor is a rustic barn venue located in Oswego, New York. This newly renovated dairy homestead offers everything you'll need for a picturesque, nature-inspired event. The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.
