Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Thanks to Autumns expertise and positive attitude, along with her assistance, Nikki and Allie, our wedding ended up being more spectacular than we ever could have imagined. Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. We cannot imagine a more perfect team to help plan your wedding. Brooke and Co. truly made our day the best day of our lives and we cannot recommend her enough! XOXO CJ and Matt

I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

It's taken me some time to write this review (we married on 10.5.2024) because I wanted to capture every little beautiful thing executed by this amazing company. FTLE, ran by the amazing Amanda Borrero, made our entire wedding planning process and wedding month, week, day the best they could have possibly been. Everything was best case scenario, even if there were (very normal) little changes of plans or mishaps. FTLE is an organized, experienced, kind, creative, knowledgeable, and elite wedding planning group that truly surpassed my already-high expectations. From day one of wedding planning, Amanda and her team gave us the peace of mind we needed to truly enjoy planning our wedding. All the way until wedding day, they provided immaculate service in every possible way. Hailey was our girl for all of wedding weekend and she truly helped ease our nerves, make sure everything was where and how it needed to be, and even helped my husband and I exchange our vows before the wedding started. I truly could not recommend them more. They do everything, big or small, in love, and we couldn't have been more blessed to have them for every step. Weddings By Kasey was such a huge help when planning for our big day. From the moment we reached out to her for assistance she made everything so much easier. She was able to give so many recommendations after feeling like we'd never find the venue or vendors that felt like the right picks. She has such a great working relationship with so many of the local vendors and it truly shows in the execution of each event. She took great care of us on the wedding day making sure we had everything we needed (and made sure we ate dinner, too!).
