We attended 9 weddings before ours, and a common theme we noticed is how big of a difference it makes when you hire a DJ who interacts with the crowd and is not afraid to step out of the box of original wedding music, and entertain the crowd. DJ Milk is that guy!!! From the moment we found and interacted through calls with him we knew he would deliver and provide a unique experience for our wedding day. DJ Milk had a detailed process to understand the type of music we wanted to hear, ensuring the dancefloor was packed the whole night. He executed on all levels! He started the night by warming up the dancefloor with some classics while mixing in the headbanging EDM and making the boomers and other guests go wild on the dance floor. He also let us spray the CO2 machine, and I think we ran it completely out. He did a fantastic job as the evening “Emcee” running the speeches, dances, coordinating our anniversary dance, and more! It felt like we were at the best dance party of our lives, and we were sad to see the night come to an end. I even saw my mother-in-law head banging, which is a sight I never thought I would see! The compliments on the music, night, and vibe from the wedding never ended weeks after our wedding. We even had the director of operations at the wedding venue come up from his office and enjoy the music. He said, “This is the best wedding music we’ve had at this venue”. I was super bummed because I had loved our original pick (DJ Marcus) who did a fantastic job DJing our friends wedding in 2021. The replacement DJ (DJ Jose) called us right away to review all the details of the night with us. I was still hesitant, but was beginning to feel more comfortable during the conversation. On wedding day, DJ Jose was kind, professional, punctual, and ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT on the dance floor!! No one sat down for the entire night and guests are STILL raving about DJ Jose! Many guests have even requested Jose's song selections for the entire day (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) because they loved it so much! “Trevor and Lynette were amazing and easy to work with. They curated a perfect playlist based on the suggestions we gave. They were able to balance what we wanted with requests from the guests. Finding a DJ/Emcee online was difficult because it is hard to get the sense of their personality but they exceeded our expectations. They are professional and very down to earth. The reception was so much fun and they kept party going. I highly recommend using them not only because they did a great job but also because they are just so nice! “Our Dj, Terrell, did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding. He announced everything well, communicated with our wedding coordinator and the other vendors, played our requested song list, and consistently checked in on my (new!) husband and I throughout the evening to see if there was anything that he could help us with. On our song list, we noted that we didn't want any country music played (unless it was a specifically requested song), and when one of our guests asked him to play 'Cotton Eye Joe', Terrell even came up to me and asked me if it was okay because he wasn't sure if I considered that country music! Overall, we are VERY happy with terrell! My husband and I would definitely recommend to other couples who are planning a wedding!”
