After I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Hearing-Impaired Education, I didn't plan to be a photographer until one day. I would shake your hand, but I'm more of a fist-bump type of gal. 😃 I have worked full-time as a math and special education teacher for over 20 years, and nearing my 40's, decided to pursue photography since it has been a life-long interest of mine. In 2019, I completed a digital photography degree and while it originally started as a hobby, my work gained a following so I decided to make things official in 2020. Over the past couple of years, my focus has been on photographing families in addition to couples in love. Getting a couple who's madly in love in front of your camera is pure magic!
