The Cheney Place is a warehouse for those who can't wait to design their "urban meets vintage meets modern" wedding. We hope our building will woo you with its polished concrete and original hardwood floors, its frosted warehouse windows, and it's turn of the century freight elevator. The open format and crazy flexible space screams of possibility. And we just happen to host the area's largest collection of vintage furniture rentals onsite to make design a whole lot easier. We are a new Event Venue located in Alaska, Michigan in Caledonia Township. Our venue received a complete renovation in June 2021. Our venue was originally a church built around 1880. We’ve kept the stained glass windows from the 1900’s and have updated them throughout the venue. We are a historical venue with a modern touch. We think you’ll love it.

The Old Winery is nestled in the huge wine cellars of the Lawton Lions Heritage Community Center in the village of Lawton. We are a Brand new start up Venue in Hastings MI. I have been in the weddiing industry for 15 years and have learned that there are very few places out there that are willing to put the time and effort into each event. I wanted to open the doors to my own place to provide the best possible experience for anyone that comes through the doors. We have an amazing outdoor garden ceremony site that will transport you to a place of peace and serenity. I am adding more vendors in-house to provide quality and cost effective options for anyone interested in having one contact person for the entire experience.

We are currently under construction and are scheduled to finish in the winter of 2023! We are booking for the 2024 wedding season. Augusta Creek is located in a secluded area, sitting on 104 acres of land. Wildlife and nature completely surrounds the entire property, giving the whole venue a private event experience. Wedding ceremonies can be held inside the main hall or outside all year around. The property also has a one of a kind bridal suite for the party to get ready and hang out on the morning of the big day. It's fully stocked with plenty of entertainment on the men's side, including a golf simulator. As well as a large area on the women's side to have outside services come in and help out on the big day! For the first year of 2024 weddings we are offering a 20% off on all wedding bookings!

Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).
