Having our wedding at Bay Pointe was to put it simply: perfection. We booked our wedding over a year in advance and from the first few seconds that we stepped in for our tour of the venue, we were in love. Mariesa, our sales manager, was so personable and so accommodating. The entire process leading up to the wedding was so efficient working with Madison. She was so communicative and so easy to work with. All of our changes, questions, recommendations, literally everything - she had an answer to! We always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. Our rehearsal dinner at the Bay Pointe Bar and Grill was beautiful and the staff that night were amazing - they made sure we were doing ok, our family was fed and everyone was having a good time. Lauren, our day of coordinator was excellent at her job. She worked so well with all of our vendors and family. We had the BEST time ever. The value is worth the money you spend. A huge thank you to everyone on the Bay Pointe team who helped us along the way and the weekend of.

Everyone at The Waddell Center, especially our coordinator Bre, was so helpful throughout the planning process. Bre answered every question we had and made sure the entire day went as smoothly as possible. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and stress-free. We recently got married at YMCA Camp Pinewood and we are so happy with how everything went! We rented the camp for 3 days so our family and friends could enjoy a long weekend together after the wedding. The location is absolutely beautiful with more than enough space to host our group of about 80 guests, and a wide range of activities that we all enjoyed. The facilities are fairly rustic, but our guests were comfortable, and we were able to host the bridal party and older guests in the cabins with private rooms and AC. The staff was amazing to work with and made us and our guests feel so welcome and at ease. Leading up to the event, they answered our many questions quickly and helped us figure out logistics. During the event they were there for anything we or our guests needed, and helped coordinate the schedule, vendors, etc. By the end of the wedding we felt like part of one big family. We made so many great memories and we can't wait to go back to celebrate anniversaries! I can't recommend Camp Pinewood enough!

We had originally planned to have a wedding in Chicago, but when COVID hit we decided to have our wedding near my grandparents on Gull Lake. We were incredibly lucky we could have our ceremony here. It was perfect and Nicole was great to work with. Everything went super smoothly. Also my wife’s family stayed in one of the cottages nearby, which was great. We had our rehearsal dinner outside the house and had our pictures taken on the grounds. Oh and we got picked up by boat after the ceremony, which we couldn’t have done anywhere else.
