“This place is truly spectacular - we hosted over 300 people and the venue never felt crowded. Brad and Louise were an absolute delight to work with, from the moment we met them at the initial tour all the way through cleanup… it was an incredible experience. They are just a delight as a couple and really know how to make small details feel magical. They were wonderful with our vendors and make everything run smoothly. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue and its beauty. Our vendors mentioned how kind and accommodating the owners were to support them. I cannot recommend this place enough. What a magical and beautiful venue so close to Woodbury. Cant wait to host more events at The Madison. The flexibility of the layout is perfect for any vision you have re: design. We offer personalized service and a first-rate venue to be the backdrop for your special occasion. Our unique venue boasts an event center "show barn" built in the 1940's for indoor receptions, ready rooms atop a converted corn crib, outdoor ceremony seating with pergola, grain bin bar and beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.

Enjoy the scenic 6-mile drive from SW Rochester on paved roads to a magical place nestled in the rolling hillsides of southeast Minnesota. We’ve owned and operated our family perennial farm with sprawling gardens which has hosted hundreds of weddings for over 25 years. Our new wedding & events facility is a heated & cooled vintage, European-style carriage house to match our existing civil war era (1858!) brick house. The Carriage House can accommodate 150 guests in the warm months and 100 in the winter. The space flows into the gardens and expansive patio area for additional seating. Now booking for year-round events! We do still have room for a 2024 wedding! Now booking 2025.
