About this venue

The Rustic Barn Venue was established in 2017 and has been the home of weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays and many other events ever since. We offer personalized service and a first-rate venue to be the backdrop for your special occasion. Our unique venue boasts an event center "show barn" built in the 1940's for indoor receptions, ready rooms atop a converted corn crib, outdoor ceremony seating with pergola, grain bin bar and beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.

The Show Barn

This dynamic indoor space features a stage, built in buffet, sound system, bistro lighting, restrooms, is temperature controlled and can have a variety of setups. It has a large covered front deck and a car with a fire pit under the hood sitting out front!

    I first visited this venue about two years ago as a guest at a friend's wedding and was taken back by how it was both a blend of rustic charm and updated amenities. The barns are beautiful, it has ample parking, love the grain bin bar, can't miss the car with the fire pit under the hood and they even have a playground for the kiddos! We are planning to renew our vows there next spring and can't wait! The owners keep making improvements each year and you can really tell.

    The Rustic Barn Venue was the perfect place to hold our wedding ceremony and reception! Surrounded by Iowa crops, the whole property was filled with flowers, green grass, lots of places to sit, a beautiful pergola/windmill and so much more. To top it off, the owners were just fantastic!
