The Lodge at River Valley Farm opened in the Fall of 2015 and was once a real working farm in the 1940’s for descendants of the Ball (yes, Ball jar!) family. The Lodge has been uniquely restored into a private sanctuary to host your dream wedding. Located in quaint Yorktown, Indiana, The Lodge sits on fifty acres surrounded by farm fields and woods, yet just a few miles from bustling Muncie. The property still houses the beautifully restored farmhouse from the 1850’s with all the modern amenities to fit in to a busy bride’s day of readiness. Located just a mere sidewalk away is the 5,000 square foot masterpiece fully enclosed space, The Lodge.

Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. The Grand Lodge boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior. We are a smaller venue on Geist Reservoir with an elegant and timeless "lake estate" aesthetic customizable to your personal vision. While our venue is ideal for smaller and intimate weddings (50-60 guests), we specialize in hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions (up to 150 guests) engagement parties, and bridal or wedding showers. Nestled back in the Hamilton Proper neighborhood The Hawthorns Country Club is conveniently located near 116th and Brookschool road. Our Nantucket feel clubhouse will lend itself to serve as a beautiful backdrop for family photos and canvas worth prints of couples. Choose from our natural green space ceremony complete with chairs and arbor or upgrade to our paved patio that includes a beautiful white arbor and ceremony chairs overlooking the 18th hole of our luscious golf course.

The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. Once the home of Camp Isanogel, a summer camp for those with special needs, The Loft is a source of history and pride for the owners, Harry and Karen Holding. They raised their children just around the corner from the summer camp and enjoyed driving by and seeing the joy and hearing the laughter from the children at the camp throughout the many years the camp was in business. They are beyond happy to now see the smiles from the happy couples who have chosen to say their “I dos” on this one-of-a-kind, breathtaking property.

Our newly built venue offers a modern feel in a beautiful Country Club setting, perfectly located on the lush 18 hole golf course. Our event center is very spacious and features an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. We also have a fireplace perfect for those comfy winter weddings. Our venue also offers a full bar, and accommodation for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready for the big day. We also have options for an outdoor ceremony. We are all inclusive when it comes to providing food and beverage options, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own vendors for different aspects such as a photographer, Dj, videographer, etc.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

Smith House is an historic wedding and event venue located in Noblesville, Indiana. Built in 1936, this classic home can host both intimate events inside and large tented events outside. Smith House provides space for all events with an historic touch and modern flair.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
