It was especially nice to have Miranda's help with the honeymoon as she coordinated a beautiful trip for us through the Amalfi Coast, giving us a great itinerary and was readily available during our trip for any assistance or questions. The most amazing wedding event I could have ever ask for: especially with Donna from DBC Eventz. The venue was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The DBC Eventz planner decorations were vibrant, and the ambiance was lively, making the celebration unforgettable. The catering service provided a delicious array of local and international cuisines that delighted every guest. The spacious dance floor and excellent DJ kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. Overall, the party hall at  Sweet Auburn  transformed a special occasion into a truly memorable event.

When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. When I was wedding planning I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Brittany was absolutely the best investment that we made for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with Brittany, her demeanor put me at ease and was a big part of why I decided to hire her. Even though she was only my day of coordinator she helped me book my last couple vendors that I needed. The Sunday before our wedding we did a final walkthrough at the venue where Brittany got the lay of the land, got to ask questions to the venue, make suggestions to me for day of, and make the timeline. She did so much work behind the scenes communicating with vendors that really took the pressure off of me the last few weeks of the wedding. The day of, Brittany arrived to the venue hours before anyone else to set up. She did everything absolutely perfect and kept me updated the whole entire time. During the ceremony and reception she was running around helping the photographer, answering vendor questions, and keeping us on track of the timeline. When the wedding was over Brittany and her husband broke down all the tables and chairs, boxed up our desserts, and helped us get all the decor and gifts loaded in the car. Overall we wouldn't have had the amazing wedding we had without Brittany, she's the best and well worth the investment!

When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. Erin also created a wedding day timeline, which is one of the reasons why we had such a successful wedding. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. Erin and her team were always near by but not in the way. Anytime I needed to ask or point out small things that came up, the Embrace U team was just a quick glance and nod away. At the end of our reception, Erin and her team ensured everything was neatly saved away and cleaned up. My husband, nor myself, nor my bridal party needed to worry about clean up. As a Bride, I fully enjoyed every moment of our wedding day. Looking back I didn't stress about any aspect of our day because I knew we had Erin and the Embrace U team. I am so glad we decided to hire the Embrace U team, they helped make our wedding vision a dream come true.

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Wow. Where do we even begin? We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. Brooke was everything we needed and more. At every turn, she was so in tune with the entire event. Any snag or potential bump in the road was immediately dealt with by Brooke flawlessly. She plays the role that anyone can only dream of at their weddings. She goes above and beyond and even helped with planning, organizing, setup, and cleanup. To be clear, the extra duties she did were NOT in her job description but she did them anyways because she wanted everything in our wedding to go perfectly. Specifically, she not only made sure all members of our wedding party and vendors stayed organized, timely, and on task but also made sure all of our guests were confortable and made sure their every need was met. She handed out flip flops we provided to guests when their feet were tired, she helped charge the father of the groom’s phone when the battery was low, and came the day before for our rehearsal so we all knew what to do and where to go. The best part was we didn’t need to ask for these things, she just knew how to help and took initiative. Multiple people at our wedding have commented that they’ve never seen a more smoothly ran wedding. Our parents even told us how kind and helpful she was to them throughout the wedding. Brooke has a true talent at her job. Do what you love and your work will speak for itself. Well it’s clear that Brooke loves what she does because she may have just been one of the best (if not the best) member of our wedding team. When we first talked with Brooke she reiterated that her goal was to make us feel like the bride and groom and she did exactly that. To our surprise Angie already knew the staff at the Venue and also knew the ins and outs of planning a wedding there. She helped us plan the wedding down to the very small details. From the initial call, all the way through the wedding day and beyond, she has been our designer, therapist, and dream maker. Her professionalism, quick response times to my million questions, and advice on all things wedding related were so helpful during the planning process. She knows the best venues and has great relationships with vendors near and far. The design creation was so fun. She sent a personalized mood board of things we had discussed on the phone and I got to go through and choose the ideas that spoke to me. Then we got to meet at the showroom and put all the pieces together. The day of, Andrina came prepared with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. She managed all the vendors and helped everyone stick to the timeline. All I had to do the day of was enjoy getting married. Everything went so smoothly and the day was exactly what we had hoped and planned for. I literally cannot put into words just how wonderful of a person Andrina is and how talented she is. She also saved my mental health in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, not bothered by my many questions and random thoughts and happily answered them all. She took my random thoughts and my very rough vision for decor and ran with it. I was stunned and amazed when I saw how everything turned out. She also was amazing in dealing with an unhappy venue staff member at the end of the wedding, ensuring our evening was perfect. So much so that we didn’t realize anything had happened until the next day. I cannot recommend Ricki and her team enough!!

I was apprehensive about paying a planner for something I truly believed I could do. Later than I'd like to admit, I became overwhelmed and seriously behind as the actual day neared. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I thought it would be a gazillion dollars, but it was just a little bit more than the local DJs. Her industry experience def gives her an edge and made us look super cool.

I was that person that did not think I needed a wedding planner! I decided last minute I needed one and I had interviewed 4 people and Christena was the only one that made me feel comfortable! Christena helped keep me organized, in control, and confident that I would be able to get through this! She brought things to my attention that I had no clue I needed to do. During the rehearsal dinner she got everyone in line and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The day of the wedding Christena and her assistant Jill knew literally handled everything from making sure my vision was brought to life, to making sure everything ran accordingly to plan, and making sure all items that were mine were organized and set aside for my family to gather at the end of the night. I cannot sing Christena’s praises enough! You are getting more than a wedding planner with her! If you are on the fence about this do not be, it is the best money well spent!!!
