I’ve planned over 50 weddings, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. My focus is on creating bespoke weddings that reflect each couple’s unique style and story. I specialize in rustic and romantic designs, destination weddings in Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean, and love incorporating cultural traditions to make every event truly one-of-a-kind. Whether it’s a blush-themed Indian wedding or a classic French-inspired affair, I ensure every detail is carefully curated to create an unforgettable experience.
Throughout the planning process, you’ll work closely with me as we design, coordinate, and bring your vision to life. Then, 30 days before your wedding, Ruva, our experienced Day-of Coordinator, will step in to join the team. She’ll help finalize logistics, coordinate vendor timelines, and assist with the final walkthrough, ensuring everything is perfectly in place. On the day of your wedding, Ruva and I will be there from setup to send-off, managing all the details so you can relax and enjoy every moment. It’s a seamless partnership that guarantees your day will go exactly as planned!
Yes, I also plan other events such as bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. Rehearsal dinner coordination is included in our full planning package, so you can rest assured that we’ll handle all the details for your pre-wedding events, too! If you’re looking for support with other celebrations, we’re happy to assist in creating a cohesive and memorable experience for you and your guests.
The amount of time we spend together really depends on the level of service you choose and your specific needs. For full and partial planning, we’ll have regular meetings to discuss details, design, and vendor coordination throughout your planning journey. As we get closer to the wedding day, these meetings will become more frequent to ensure everything is on track. For Day-of Coordination, we typically start working closely together about 30 days prior with a couple of in-depth meetings and a final walkthrough. I’m always available via email or phone to answer any questions that come up along the way!
