The Center houses the offices of the Arts Council of York County, the Dalton, Perimeter, and Edmund Lewandowski Classroom Galleries, and private artist studios. They set to work in Dublin to meticulously restore the unique Victorian bar in the middle of the Charlotte pub. Rí Rá is located in Charlotte's busy banking district.
