Formerly a 1920’s speakeasy bar, The Skyline Club is a private rooftop venue at the historic Old Republic Building on Michigan Avenue. Originally, a pub in the Sussex region of southern England, the Skyline Club was dismantled, shipped to Chicago, and reassembled on what was then the Bell Building. Guests can now experience the elegant charm of this historic penthouse, along with the gorgeous view of Michigan Ave from our breathtaking outside terrace. “We had our wedding and reception at the Sky-Line Club. It was a truly magical day for us and our guests. I can't begin to thank the staff at the Sky-Line Club for all they did for us throughout the entire day. The wedding was on the outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the city. The menu that they helped create was absolutely delicious. Our guests kept going back to all of the food stations, making sure they had sampled every item on the menu. The staff made all of our guest feel at home, even though the majority were from out of town. Being able to go out on the terrace during the evening reception allowed our guests to experience the beautiful Chicago skyline and get some air in between dances. I would highly recommend the Sky-Line Club.”
