Our private dining rooms are the perfect gathering place for any occasion, offering a beautiful atmosphere with fantastic food and great service.

Our gorgeous Ballroom is located on the second floor of the restaurant. This room can host as many as 200 reception-style and 120 seated. It stuns with vaulted ceilings, a private bar, coat check, and windows overlooking the West Loop.

At Formento's, your menu and wine selection are customized to perfectly fit your taste and style! You and your guests have access to a coatroom and two single restrooms all located on the same floor, separate from the main dining room. White linen tablecloths, white linen napkins, white porcelain plates, silverware, clear glassware, clear stemware, and black chairs are all provided for you at no additional fee. Twelve round dining tables, (6) highboy tables, (1) six-foot table, (2) eight-foot tables, (1) rectangular 'registration'/ 'gift' table are included. The Ballroom is equipped with a surround sound system with the option to connect any Apple or Android device. There are two 70" televisions equipped with the option to connect a device via HDMI. The Ballroom is equipped with one wireless microphone. All a/v is included at no additional fee.
