A storyteller with soul: my philosophy & approach. I was always the keeper of the family memories; following my friends and family around with my home video camcorder or setting up “photoshoots” with my cousins and siblings, making them pose for the camera. I remember scrolling through my grandpa’s old National Geographic magazines and I knew from a young age that I wanted an adventurous life. More than 10 years later, I have indeed been lucky enough to have traveled all over the world, meeting and shooting incredible people in some unforgettable locations.

I am a fine art wedding photographer and wedding planner, wife, and mother to our three sweet babies! I first fell in love with photography at an early age. I became very inspired watching my father photograph weddings and capturing the authentic joy on his clients best day. It was then that I fell in love with the concept of love and knew what I wanted to do. I went on to film photography in high school and digital photography in college. After college I started a job as a party coordinator. I did this for years. Then, on blind faith started my own journey into the world of photography and wedding planning!

When I was a senior in high school I lost two of my best friends. Now, any photo I have with those sweet friends are so sentimental to me. I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.
