“Kaila is an absolute must-have at your wedding! She was the wedding day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding in Detroit, and we loved her. When I started planning my wedding in Traverse City and Kaila agreed to join us as my wedding month-of coordinator, I was thrilled. She is amazing to work with! Leading up to the wedding, we met several times to go over all the details of the wedding. She orchestrated all the details and timelines with our vendors in the weeks before the wedding. She brought table numbers, cards boxes, easels, etc so we didn’t need to. She responded to questions quickly and made me (and my mom!) feel so relaxed. She is so kind, thoughtful, and has just the right amount of spunk to make sure the bride and groom get the wedding of their dreams. During my wedding weekend, I didn’t have to think about a thing! Kaila and her assistant handled everything! It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day, and the wedding was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Kaila to anyone (and two of our friends have hired her for their weddings!)!”
