I've been planning weddings and events for the past 15 years! It all began when I sharpened my skills in floral arranging, event planning, and luxury hospitality while working at a private estate. During this time, I also opened my wedding planning business which led me to coordinating the majority of my weddings in San Francisco and Napa. Fast forward to 2024 and I've moved across the country from Northern California to Ponte Vedra, Florida and I'm loving the laid back beach lifestyle with my husband and kids! I look forward to assisting new couples with their dream wedding!

What sets me apart from other planners is that I show up before, stay after, and also understand how the variety of vendors that work within a wedding setting. This sets the pace for efficiency among vendors and weddings running smoothly. In addition, it is my goal to always go above and beyond to ensure my couples that I work with have most memorable time!

Description

Full Service Planning starts at $3500. We typically start this process one year prior to wedding date or just after the engagement. This includes Event Planning, Design, Hiring & Coordination of Vendors, Budget Analysis, Timeline, Set-Up, Clean-Up, Etc.

Partial Planning is typically requested after the wedding planning has already begun, however couples are seeking extra assistance to make it to their big day. This package also works well for those who want administrative assistance for their wedding and guidance.

    About a month and a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas and choices we hadn’t even thought of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all of the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had leftover, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful. Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it. Katelyn was able to take a majority of that stress off our plates and let us enjoy our big day. For that, we are truly grateful.
