Featuring a spacious and flexible event space, WAREHOUSE: 109 meets the need for an interesting venue to host your next event. Our space provides many unique vignettes; including a gallery of antique motorcycles, a vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned into a lounge. WAREHOUSE 109 will assist you throughout your special event and there will be a venue manager on-site.

Constructed in 1871 by Bavarian immigrant Philip H. Zorn Jr., Barrelhouse The Venue resides on the historic Zorn campus. As an annex to the brewery, Barrelhouse The Venue would manufacture beer barrels to house fresh beer prior to distribution around Northwest Indiana. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.

Company 251 is an event venue open to private events, concerts, productions, exhibitions, corporate + business gatherings. This 1200 sq ft space has rustic wood flooring, exposed brick, and a sophisticated embossed tin ceiling that combines to create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The venue is blocks away from fantastic cuisine, lively concert venues, and exquisite murals, should you wish to indulge in all the Pilsen neighborhood has to offer. Owned by the same proprietor as the next-door floral design studio/plant shop, Zin’s Flower Shop, you can always count on us for gorgeous floral designs and luscious greenery to add a fresh touch to your gathering. Zinnia’s garden can accommodate up to 60 of your closest friends and is family-friendly, including your furry companions. There is plenty of space with a reception room, coat room, and two bathrooms! An Austrian experience in the '70s was the seed that grew into a family and friends' dream to produce local spirits. The distillery is owned and operated by Charlie and Jenny, a father-daughter team. Our special recipe and process were developed by Charlie and Stan the Man with help from experts on both sides of the Atlantic. Located in Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor, our production space has an attached tasting room that could definitely host your intimate wedding, rehearsal dinner, and many other events!

Creativo Loft is THE place in downtown Chicago for mini-weddings, micro-weddings, elopements or whatever your favorite term is for small weddings! All-inclusive packages (excluding catering) are available from elopements for 2 to standard weddings with up to 50. Giorgio and Sarah are a husband and wife team, a photographer and coordinator/officiant, with a unique historic loft space in downtown Chicago. We are essentially a one-stop-shop, except for catering services. Our standard packages include venue, photographer, officiant, coordinator, music sound system, ceremony backdrop, candles and white padded chairs. Packages may be customized with cake, flowers, and additional services. We host elopements and mini weddings (2 to 30 people) for ceremony and portraits. We also host standard small weddings and receptions with up to 50. For events with catering, an outside licensed and insured caterer is required, and there are several caterers on our pre-approved list to choose from.

Evanston’s first brewery, Temperance Beer Co. is host to weddings, corporate events, family reunions, board meetings, team building events, birthday parties, and fundraisers. In 14,000 square feet, the spaces feature full ceiling sky lights, architectural award winning tap room, exposed brick, gleaming tanks, and wooden barrels. Get out of the banquet halls, boardrooms, and tired hotels and into the living, breathing space where award-winning elixirs are made. You may used just the brewery or do a full buy-out and use the entire space which includes the tap room and outdoor deck.

The Majestic theatre is one of the largest Vaudeville theatre’s in Chicago-land and oldest in the United States, will re-open in late 2010 as a multi-purpose venue. The theatre featuring a/an full stage, 20-foot screen, art deco grand style second & third floor balconies, and rear walking museum will seat 500.
