Our venue has almost a century of history; from a past president frequenting it for hunting, to lifting moonshine through the floor, onto being an assumed Russian spy camp, we enjoy finding out the history of our property! While the building has been around for almost a century ,it has only been a wedding and event venue for the last six years, since opening we have hosted more than 500 events. Our venue features 24 inch thick walls, shell rock and ivy walls, original 1932 doors, along with original Casino Beach 13 foot vintage wood bar, it is sure to wow coupes who are seeking an outdoor event with a historic touch.

Our journey into the wedding industry began when we started looking at venues for our daughter’s wedding. We found high costs and many restrictions at most venues. Having a background in customer service, we were inspired to create a unique wedding venue in Fort Worth with a reasonable price tag and very few restrictions. In the nine years, we’ve made numerous improvements and additions to our venue. We have now hosted 600 + weddings. Guests will often come to us and tell us that it was the most interesting and fun wedding they have ever attended. This makes our job very rewarding. We enjoy our work and will always do our best to make sure the day is unique for each and every person who visits our beautiful venue.

Unlimited guests are welcomed to your event (for the exception of our Micro-Wedding & Elopement Package) however, just know that the venue provides enough tables & chairs to seat 120 people inside the Event Barn & 150 chairs for the Outdoor Ceremony Area. Our maximum seated capacity in the Event Barn is about 120 guests and in our Saloon maximum seating is 15 people. We also have additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire property. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We also offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people!

Our rustic, elegant venue was originally a horse farm that trained champions. In 2018, we converted our main barn into a venue. We wanted our venue to have a look all its own. We mixed old wood, rustic hardware, & treasures with new things to create the stand-alone one-of-a-kind look & vibe this venue has today. When you visit, you will see old wood mixed with twinkle lights, chandeliers, & antique stained glass from old church buildings. Putting these elements together has created a gorgeous warm & inviting space. The Venue offers a bridal suite complete with h/m stations, smart tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with smart tv +mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, an indoor chapel, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, (2) kitchens, bar kitchen, and a large catering kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms, one set at each end of the building. We also have a fully handicap accessible restroom. We have on site lodging as well as a smaller venue for your rehearsal dinner.

As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. Located in Deep Ellum at Hickory Street and Second Avenue, this complex of buildings was originally a 1921 Gulf Oil Company distribution center. It served North Texas with automobile maintenance facilities and storage. The seven buildings, including an office, pumphouse, service building, and a two-story warehouse with a basement, retain their original character. Notable features include the "Gulf Oil Corporation" ghost sign and ceramic capped parapets. Gulf Oil moved in the late 1950s, and the site housed various businesses until Gary Kaelson purchased it in 1997. Today, it's a thriving creative community with many small businesses.
