Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.

The Sugar Barn is located on a 45-acre Ranch in Lake Wales, in Central Florida’s Polk County. The Whidden’s purchased the ranch in 2005 and have been developing the perfect location for your barn wedding, celebration, or corporate event. This unique venue is not an old converted barn but a beautiful new Montana Red Spruce structure with the warmth and character of a rustic setting, but with all the commercial amenities you need for a successful, comfortable, and elegant event. The barn has been built with soaring 45-foot ceilings and a stone fireplace, beautiful crystal chandeliers, a catering kitchen, and an oversized, 1200 sq ft bridal suite. Imagine a red horse barn on 20 beautiful country acres, complete with babbling creek, huge oak trees and tropical gardens. This location is perfect for Weddings or other events. Rustic Elegance at its finest. Includes two 12x12 air-conditioned changing rooms, two handicap accessible restrooms, outdoor dance floor, fire pit, ceremony site with bench seating, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. $3,100 June-September, and $4,100 for October-May. This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.

Wishing Well Barn has been serving families from all over the world since 2012! Our motto is "Your wedding wishes come true" and we stand by that motto. We want to know about your dream wedding! Our 77 acre blueberry and cattle farm offers gorgeous waterfront pond views, majestic oaks, flower fields and a vintage barn with twinkling lights and chandeliers. Our barn is large enough to hold 299 of your closest friends and family and we have AC units and fans to cool the party. We offer an all-inclusive package, as well as a DIY package. We have a beautiful bridal cottage with seating for 16 guests. While the ladies are getting hair and make-up done in the bridal cottage, the groom and groomsmen can hang out in our unparalleled groom's room that sports a pool table, poker table and a bar. We have two shooting ranges and a pond for fishing. Our families have all day access to the farm leading up to the wedding and we include six hours for the event!
