After years of feeling overwhelmed with the rental property inherited in a divorce, I took ownership and adopted a turkey named Lola from the local supply store, which turned out to be a boy - hence, Lolaboy Farm was born. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. North Fork Farm Events is located in Snoqualmie, WA. The farm property has been in the Littlejohn family for over 4 decades. Before it was in the family it was once apart of the historic Norman Brooke Dairy Farm. We take pride in this property and we are so happy to be able to share it with YOU! In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.
