Located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate industrial, urban, chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. With our personal, hands-on approach, we give you confidence, comfort and ease. From day one, you’ll be guided through the entire planning process, such as vendor referrals, timeline creation, and floor plan customization.
