The main building was built in 1919 and is a Texas Historic Registered Landmark. Our grounds are over an acre of manicured lawns with numerous trees that easily are over 100 and uptown 500 years old. Be as simple or as elaborate as you desire! We have preferred providers at all price points ready to serve your needs for entertainment, video, photos, catering, seating/tables/decor, ceremony, etc. Site costs begin at $2000 for 2-hours and $3750 for 4-hours. If you rent the park by 3-1-2023, you will have a 2-hour photo session time free (valued at $50/hour) during weekdays. All other services available on request.
