The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. Our wedding package is $2200. for the day and includes all the following areas: decorated social area, decorated chapel, event hall, lounge, kitchen, bar area, & dressing rooms. If the wedding chapel isn't needed, our event hall can be booked by the hour ($125.) or the day ($1000.). Our facility seats up to 102 and comes with free use of easels, backdrop, round tables, white chavari chairs, cake stage w/table & uplights, dj stage w/table, facade, & uplights, head stage w/table, 2 thrones, uplights, & backdrop.

The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. The Stockroom at 230 is a special events and wedding venue nestled on Fayetteville Street in the center of downtown Raleigh. On the second floor of the Carolina Trust Building, a charming blend of exposed brick, warm hardwood floors, lofty lattice ceilings laced with market lighting, and beams of natural light craft an atmosphere exceptional for any occasion. With an adaptable aesthetic that can be either enhanced with great accents or transformed with bespoke design concepts, The Stockroom at 230 is ideal for weddings, ceremonies, reception celebrations, speaking engagements, corporate meetings/events, and holiday gatherings.

Enjoy our 3,000 outdoor patio with our stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, all overlooking our 4,000 lavender plants. An elegant yet comfortable venue to host all of your wedding festivities. Your bridal party is welcome to begin preparations early by relaxing and getting ready in our luxurious bridal suite and the men in the groom's cabin. You can have your ceremony in front of our majestic barn, on the first floor of the refurbished interior, or the top floor overlooking the gorgeous rolling hills. Events flow beautifully into a patio cocktail hour space beside our rustic chic bar area and courtyard. The party moves toward the barn for the celebration continues with dinner and dancing the night away.
