The property emanates sacred energy. Over time, it has served us a venue for weddings (from Chassidic to Hindu and all in between), as well as yoga and intimacy retreats, and concerts. The landscaping is designed around a sacred octagonal shape — w/ an octagonal gazebo on the island, and the main house being an octagon as well. Parking for 80+ cars, and lots of vendor staging areas. Hold your ceremony near a majestic lakeside weeping willow tree, on the island (inside or outside of gazebo), or in a clearing surrounded by flowers, facing the lake. Includes a 1,400 sq ft separated poolhouse for indoor cocktails, a beautifully appointed honeymoon suite w/ private kitchen/living room, and a 3BR main house, w/ wrap-around balcony overlooking the water, 20-foot tall stone fireplace, and a majestic 700 sq ft main BR.

Perched high on the banks of the majestic Hudson River in the quaint, historic village of Cold Spring, NY, the Chapel Restoration boasts spectacular views of the Hudson River and many amenities including nearby access to Metro-North and ample parking.

Locust Grove Estate is an unforgettable setting for weddings throughout the year, overlooking the Hudson River that combines the charm of the 19th century with the comfort of the 21st. Our West Gallery, located in the Arts-&-Crafts style Museum Pavilion, offers a unique setting for weddings. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and three walls of windows and French doors providing access to the estate’s 200 acres of gardens and grounds. The West Gallery comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing, while the adjacent Garden Lawn may also be rented for a ceremony overlooking the perennial gardens. For your convenience, the rental includes tables and chairs, a caterer’s kitchen, air conditioning, ample restroom facilities, and easy parking. Locust Grove only schedules one event each evening, so you and your guests are assured privacy.

Rutherfurd Hall is a historic Tudor style mansion build in 1904. The original woodwork, fireplaces, and grand stairs coupled with the amazing exterior views make for a beautiful backdrop for your wedding, bridal shower, party, or corporate event.

Handsome Hollow is a truly rare place. This new Catskill Mountains Barn venue is on 93 stunning acres of meadows, forests, streams, and mountains. The meticulously restored 18th-century English barn is 4,200 sf and includes two finished bathrooms, a catering area, and a 1000 sf bluestone cocktail patio. The rental of the Handsome Hollow venue also includes two nights for six in the elegantly restored 19th-century farmhouse. This national historic site was built in 1896. All the original details have been preserved. The House can accommodate seated events of up to 200 guests, or a small, relaxed brunch in the gardens. White wainscoting adorns the rooms throughout the mansion, while floral wallpaper and neutral colored walls create a traditional look. Chandeliers glitter from the ceiling and delicately designed furniture grace the rooms. Outside, their gardens are flawlessly landscaped, for a romantic ceremony setting. Nestled in the manicured landscape are a gazebo, pergola, and fountain for doses of whimsy. Cocktail hour can be held on the charming wrap-around porch and Grecian columns add a stately, upscale touch to the façade.
