From the moment we connected with Wendy we knew we had chosen the right venue. We are from Saint Louis, so trying to find venues 1000 miles away was stressful! This was the first place we flew down to see and it was instant (we legit didn’t look anywhere else!) Amelia, our wedding coordinator was soooooooooo patient and kind answering all our questions! We actually had our wedding dress and suit lost, (8 days before the wedding!) and she saw my post on social media and called just to make sure I was okay! She didn’t have to do that, but she did (believe it or not we didn’t find the dress, but we located exact matches in Tampa when we landed!) Every detail was carefully crafted to ensure our day was magical! The entire team worked so hard to make sure even the smallest things were taken care of. We made some really good friends with the staff, and we cannot wait to come back for our anniversary! Thank you SO much for everything you have done for us! You truly made us feel loved and special! Also, can we talk about the food! Multiple guests told us it was the BEST wedding door they had ever had! If you’re thinking about this venue, please just give them a call! We recently got married at the Tampa Edition and the entire process was wonderful. We had our ceremony on the garden terrace and our reception in the ballroom. From our first tour to tastings to planning calls, we received white glove service. The wedding weekend was incredible - every detail was covered and our guests felt so special. The space turned out to be so beautiful and the food was INCREDIBLE!! ALL of the staff (valet, room service, front desk, servers, bar tenders etc) were so professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond with so many small personalized details made the weekend that much more special. I am SO glad we chose this venue. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The Tampa Firefighter's Museum was the perfect venue for our gala. The space is beautiful and has a unique, historic charm that our guests loved. The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible, working with us to customize the event to our vision. They made the planning process stress-free! Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!

We used The Orlo House for our wedding in June 2022. Everything was organized, coordinated, and easy, from the initial communication and scheduling a visit, to understanding the particulars and what was and wasn't included and options, to having everything lined up and working with our other vendors the day of. We couldn't have been happier with the selection and the people at The Orlo we dealt with. Working with one of Orlo's preferred caterers definitely helped. Thank you!!!

I had my wedding at the Tampa Museum of Art and I cannot say enough great things about it. The staff was extremely courteous to me and all of my guests, whether that be serving drinks or accommodating their requests. It was a pleasure to plan alongside Skye and coordinate additional vendors with her. The space was the perfect size to accommodate 130 people and guests were wowed by the beautiful venue.

My husband and I had our first date at Armature Works so we thought it would be amazing to also get married there. The team at Armature was incredible. They were very upfront about any costs and fees, and they were willing to work with us to make adjustments in order to get pricing within our budget. We worked with Rachel throughout our wedding planning process and she was fantastic. She responded quickly to our emails and was able to answer any and all questions. Between she and our wedding planner (Erika O'Brien) we were able to enter our wedding weekend with ease and very little stress. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and we were able to turn our spaces into our dream wedding.

Laura was especially essential as she helped me navigate through planning all the wedding details during COVID and kept us up to date with everything. Day of coordination was stress-free which is a big relief to any bride, even when guests showed up late to the ceremony! When looking for a wedding venue, me and my now wife wanted a location that would be a fun and unique experience, and ZooTampa more than delivered. From the first meeting with their event staff, they were able to walk us around the venue and paint a picture of all the possible ways ZooTampa can host a wedding. We were very impressed with all of the amenities provided by the venue. The outdoor and indoor areas ZooTampa offered were perfect for the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights was the cocktail hour, which was located next to the Giraffe habitat. Our guests were delighted to see one of the Zoo's Giraffe's out during this part of the wedding. The food that was provided by the Zoo catering team was fantastic. We had Ribeye, Chicken parmesan, and Mushroom ravioli on our menu and the staff was able to accommodate to any dietary requests. Lastly, the ZooTampa staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day.

Paradise Cove offered a breathtaking backdrop for our wedding day, with panoramic views that were truly unforgettable. The food and drinks were exceptional, and their inclusive package made the planning process much easier. They were able to find top-notch vendors that perfectly complemented our vision. However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been improved. We encountered some pushback on certain elements of our wedding, which was unexpected. Additionally, we wish we had been advised to limit our personal decorations in the beginning of the planning process as we had to then adjust our vision at the last second. While we appreciated the efficiency of having multiple weddings per day, it did feel like our wedding was just one of many. We longed for a more personalized experience that would have allowed us to truly make the day our own. Overall, Paradise Cove provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, but there were some aspects of the experience that left us wanting more. If you're considering this venue, be prepared to be flexible and communicate your vision clearly from the beginning.

Hotel Alba hosted my wedding reception on 10/10/20 and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and has a very unique design and feel. It was a great taste of Tampa for our friends and family who were visiting from out of town. Even better than the hotel itself were the office and event staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the GM to the bartenders, were helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about the event manager, Kristina. I hired a day-of coordinator from an outside company and had a very bad experience, but Kristina went above an beyond to handle everything we needed. Kristina helped us manage reception items (gifts, party favors, signage, etc.), coordinated with vendors, and even handled some last minute meal changes we had from some of our guests. Finally, the food and food service were excellent. A few months before the wedding, the event staff coordinated a tasting with the chef for my husband and I. Chef prepared a delicious tasting and helped us make our final food and wine choices. At the reception, we received endless compliments from our guests on the filet and mahi mahi. If I was to start over right now and plan another wedding, I would go right back to Hotel Alba.

When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. This place was amazing! They offer everything you need for an amazing price point. I didn’t have to worry about anything and everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing!! Had so many compliments from my guests on how great the food was. DJ Lyndsay was the best!! I had a very last minute change to my father-daughter dance and she was able to make it happen for us without an issue. Overall, this venue was great and I am so glad I didn’t give up on my dream of having a wedding and thanks to them it was made possible!

The team at Renaissance Sea World is one of the best group of professionals! They are courteous, timely, and really care about how your event goes. I have had the pleasure of working with them many times and each time has been stress-free. The event space is beautiful for hosting and there is a huge outdoor lawn for ceremonies which is hard to find in Orlando. The comfort of your guests staying on property while having access to Sea World across the street is truly unique!
