We recently got married at the Tampa Edition and the entire process was wonderful. We had our ceremony on the garden terrace and our reception in the ballroom. From our first tour to tastings to planning calls, we received white glove service. The wedding weekend was incredible - every detail was covered and our guests felt so special. The space turned out to be so beautiful and the food was INCREDIBLE!! ALL of the staff (valet, room service, front desk, servers, bar tenders etc) were so professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond with so many small personalized details made the weekend that much more special. I am SO glad we chose this venue. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Rent the firehouse or join for one of our yearly fundraisers, your involvement helps us to continue our mission.

Our client had their celebratory promotion party here and it was fantastic from the start! Working with Jen Wead and her staff was a flawless operation! Jen is top-notch from open communication, detail oriented and open to ideas. She was very welcoming from day one, she and her staff made sure all things were tended to and went above and beyond for our client. We cannot wait to work with her again in the future! Thank you!

Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!

We used The Orlo House for our wedding in June 2022. Everything was organized, coordinated, and easy, from the initial communication and scheduling a visit, to understanding the particulars and what was and wasn't included and options, to having everything lined up and working with our other vendors the day of. We couldn't have been happier with the selection and the people at The Orlo we dealt with. Working with one of Orlo's preferred caterers definitely helped. Thank you!!!

The Tampa Museum of Art was our top venue choice for our February wedding. We wanted something that offered an indoor/outdoor experience, was elegant, and that we could customize to fit our exact vision. Our guests were blown away by the venue from the moment they arrived at the cocktail hour in the atrium to dinner and dancing under the covered outdoor area. The architecture of the museum plus the backdrop of downtown Tampa made for beautiful pictures. The TMA staff were so wonderful to work with and made our vision come to life. Wish we could do it 100x again!

The main ballroom has 27 foot ceilings and grey walls looking into the stage, with historical aged brick walls and 45 feet airspace before the original theater fly nest. Historical and modern aesthetics collide at The Fariss. Located in historical Tampa Heights, Fariss Events is a designated local landmark in the Franklin Street Historic District also known as Yellow Brick Row. Your guests will dance on fully renovated, 100 year old Florida Birch floors and will have gorgeous Tampa views from mahogany restored windows. The Fariss is on the second floor of the Fariss building and two blocks from Armature Works, Water Works Park, and Riverwalk.

Beautiful space and incredible staff! Highly recommend this venue.

The Gathering restores the original historic charm of Armature Works, with state-of-the-art lighting and AV upgrades including two 9′ × 16′ LED video walls. With over 10,000 square feet and capacity to seat up to 700 guests, it is the largest multi-functional event space in Armature Works.Historically, the Theatre was a bar and stage-equipped performance space used by the Tampa Electric Company (TECO) street car workers to wind down after a long day of work. Today, the Theatre stays true to its roots as an entertainment venue showcasing elements from its rich heritage including wood truss loft ceilings, exposed beams, original flooring and new modern materials like shiplap wall accents and wrought iron lighting fixtures.

My husband and I had our first date at Armature Works so we thought it would be amazing to also get married there. The team at Armature was incredible. They were very upfront about any costs and fees, and they were willing to work with us to make adjustments in order to get pricing within our budget. We worked with Rachel throughout our wedding planning process and she was fantastic. She responded quickly to our emails and was able to answer any and all questions. Between she and our wedding planner (Erika O'Brien) we were able to enter our wedding weekend with ease and very little stress. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and we were able to turn our spaces into our dream wedding.

Day of coordination was stress-free which is a big relief to any bride, even when guests showed up late to the ceremony! Lani and Laura had it handled from start of the day down to clean up after the grand exit. Much appreciated and would 100% recommend.

From the first meeting with their event staff, they were able to walk us around the venue and paint a picture of all the possible ways ZooTampa can host a wedding. We were very impressed with all of the amenities provided by the venue. The outdoor and indoor areas ZooTampa offered were perfect for the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights was the cocktail hour, which was located next to the Giraffe habitat. Our guests were delighted to see one of the Zoo's Giraffe's out during this part of the wedding. The food that was provided by the Zoo catering team was fantastic. We had Ribeye, Chicken parmesan, and Mushroom ravioli on our menu and the staff was able to accommodate to any dietary requests. Lastly, the ZooTampa staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day.

Paradise Cove offered a breathtaking backdrop for our wedding day, with panoramic views that were truly unforgettable. The food and drinks were exceptional, and their inclusive package made the planning process much easier. They were able to find top-notch vendors that perfectly complemented our vision. However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been improved. We encountered some pushback on certain elements of our wedding, which was unexpected. Additionally, we wish we had been advised to limit our personal decorations in the beginning of the planning process as we had to then adjust our vision at the last second. While we appreciated the efficiency of having multiple weddings per day, it did feel like our wedding was just one of many. We longed for a more personalized experience that would have allowed us to truly make the day our own. Overall, Paradise Cove provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, but there were some aspects of the experience that left us wanting more. If you're considering this venue, be prepared to be flexible and communicate your vision clearly from the beginning.

Origins dining room has been completely remodeled with a modern feel that incorporates Tampa history and our ballrooms have recently been refreshed and are filled with windows flooding our rooms with natural light, then setting a romantic mood with the nighttime skyline once the sunsets.

The Centre Club is one of our favorite venues! Elizabeth and her team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make each couples wedding amazing from start to finish. They are in an awesome location and the views of sunset are incredible. Highly recommend!
