I've always loved music, and since 2003 I've met so many wonderful couples that turned me on to a world of music new to my ears that I still use to this day. I started out as a mobile DJ doing mostly class reunions but once I started doing the wedding circuit it became the only event that I wanted to do; 21 years later, I've dedicated myself to exclusively weddings, and with each one I learn a little bit more and embrace the experiences. The band has members from Mississippi, but most were born and raised in New Orleans. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city.
