We are an upscale wedding venue with both inside and outside seating located directly on picturesque Lake Ontario with our 1600 square foot dock over it. The Barrack’s Inn stone center building was the first building built in the War of 1812 to be the bakery. It is on the historic national register. Inside we can seat 150 people, while outside we can seat an additional 100 people. We are happy to make any and all food requests and we feature all-inclusive packages which include: flowers, table decorating, music, photography, cake and desserts, ceremony, favors and all food and beverages.

When you get married at Ashling, you get the entire property to yourself. From your rehearsal to your day-after brunch, it's all yours. We handle the tent, tables, chairs, and bathroom trailer. Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

The property stretches over 200 acres, featuring undulating hills that allow for panoramic views of Chenango Valley. You can set up an aisle of your own design and exchange your vows. It maintains its classic, rich wooden interior and features a high vaulted ceiling, giving it a distinctly hallowed aesthetic. Boasting a capacity of up to 300 guests, there is ample room for each of your loved ones.
