Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. We had a day of coordinator included in our venue’s package, and we had no idea how much this would help with our wedding experience. We were fortunate enough to be matched with Nicole, who was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to help us plan our special day. We first met Nicole at our tasting, and it was an instant connection that we’ll always cherish. After that initial meeting, we maintained contact and even met up for coffee to gain a better understanding of her role in the entire experience and to share our vendor information. Nicole then took on the daunting task of communicating with all our vendors, ensuring that the right timelines were set and all the necessary information reached the venue. We thought the month ahead would be super stressful, but Nicole single-handedly made it all manageable. Once our wedding weekend arrived, Nicole remained our go-to girl, ensuring that the venue was set and ready, and even went above and beyond to help wrangle our wedding party whenever necessary. Along with her assistant, Brittany, the venue was meticulously set in a way that surpassed what we ever could have imagined, even setting up a preview of the space which had us immediately emotional. They were always nearby to ensure everything went smoothly and provided us with whatever we needed throughout the night. We had an unfortunate issue with one of our vendors that they continuously helped to resolve like a true hero so we could enjoy the day despite the issue. After the wedding, we discovered that Nicole had taken quite a few photos and videos of the day, which allowed us to relive the moments without the distraction of a phone during the event while we waited on photos from our photographer. We can’t recommend the services of Just Marry enough. They truly understand the work necessary to put on a seamless event and run with it. Nicole specifically was our super hero throughout. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with her.

I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

I recently worked with Yasmine for my daughter's wedding at The Highland Manor under the beautiful oak tree. She was not only so sweet and easy to work with, but truly a professional all the way. It was such a pleasure working with her. She met with us a few times to go over every detail of the big day, which made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and less stressed out. She is so organized and had everything down to the detail planned out. She took all the stress off our hands and let us enjoy the big event stress free. If she noticed a slight issue, she right on it. Like for example the guest who showed up way early and went inside the venue before any one was supposed too. (We wanted to keep the inside a secret until we opened the doors). She was already on top of things and politely and quickly escorted them out of the building to the waiting area. My daughter felt like she could turn to Yasmine for anything and she was right. I just can't say how thankful I was to have Yasmine to work with. Before launching Pink Peonies Weddings & Events I started my event journey with 10+ years of event management experience and a background in Interior Design. With an eye for design and unparalleled attention to detail, my obsession with wedding planning took off! My special day was Sept. 24, 2022 and Jamie was amazing from beginning to end, If you are looking for a planner she is it. I knew I needed help with the planning of my wedding but I was not sure exactly how much and at what cost. I explained to Jamie, I am a Travel planner by trade but not at weddings, she was a god sent. She would always give her opinions with the image I was going for. She made the planning process seamless and her vendor recommendations were spot on! Jamie helped me with my entire design and helped make my dream wedding vision a reality. Weddings By Kasey was such a huge help when planning for our big day. From the moment we reached out to her for assistance she made everything so much easier. She was able to give so many recommendations after feeling like we'd never find the venue or vendors that felt like the right picks. She has such a great working relationship with so many of the local vendors and it truly shows in the execution of each event. She took great care of us on the wedding day making sure we had everything we needed (and made sure we ate dinner, too!). She is very easy to talk to and always makes the time to check in, answer questions, and help resolve any concerns. Her client portal is very easy to navigate and makes signing contracts, making payments, and communications very simple. Micro Weddings on a Budget gave my wife and I the best wedding! I literally have zero complaints. If you're debating on an affordable wedding but are unsure if this is the one, do not bother looking anywhwre else. Micro Weddings is the best group to host your wedding. Spend the extra and purchase the Garden Villa Venue! Ray is the most professional and organized officiant and organizer with a strong team of vendors. He partnered with Caleigh with SMS Events who was the best wedding planner. She was thorough and answered all our question to ensure our event was fantastic. Kristy's Studio did an amazing job with my wife's hair and makeup. Cocktails Catering provided amazing reception food and appetizers. The flower studio provided a beautiful arrangement. Trucakes cake was delicious. Demarco Films provided amazing and plentiful studios. DJ Icon was an amazing DJ being involved and playing the songs we wanted. Along with these vendors and the perfect scene at the Garden Villa, this day could not be any more perfect. My wife and I are so grateful about how the whole wedding turned out. Every venor seemed like they cared to make sure we had the best and memorable moment we had. I have attached pictures of our event and I hope this proves how great Micro Weddings on a Budget is! I look forward to see how much they grow, but even now, they are perfect at what they do!
