Lovely Lane—while serving an active congregation—has hosted public groups for decades at our mid-Baltimore heritage site location. Yet, our space had limitations until recently. Modern amenities have been added since 2020 to improve the visitor experience and increase public use of our historic building. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Conestoga House & Gardens is a historic wedding venue located in Lancaster, PA. The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade. In the mid-19th century it became an inn and hosted numerous travelers. Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. Among the venue’s many visitors was the great-nephew of Edgar Allan Poe. Today, the estate abounds with natural beauty, where it boasts 3,300 varieties of annual flowers, 160 perennials, 160 rose bushes, and 400 tropical plants. Anthony Corradetti moved his thriving glassblowing business to Clipper Mill in 2005 after an already accomplished career spanning 30 years. His works are included in many private, corporate and museum collections. The space is an independent studio where glasswork is created everyday including large scale installations, lighting projects, and tabletop pieces for home or office. The showroom is open daily and features a variety of works for sale from one of a kind art to limited production pieces all made by Anthony Corradetti. Glassblowing classes & workshops are held regularly and the venue is available to rent for private events.

One of the most historic buildings in Baltimore; built in 1866, The Grand was first known as the Tremont Grand, and served as the headquarters for the Maryland Freemason for 130 years.
