We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. We host an array of events that are just as unique as we are! Weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, and more.

“We had the best wedding at Union Station, and it was all thanks to Neil and his team. Before the wedding, he would always respond to my emails and questions, and was very accommodating with what we wanted. Anything we threw at him, he would make it work. He has such a calm presence, too, which is VERY needed on your wedding day! Robert was our personal right-hand man to me and my husband on our wedding day, and he was amazing!! He made sure we had time to ourselves amongst the chaos of the evening, he made sure we ate our delicious dinner, and he even helped me with my train and veil during pictures and bustled my dress before the reception!! Rehearsal and decor pickups were super stress-free and easy too. Thank you to everyone at Union Station for making our wedding the best day of our lives (so far)!!!”

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

“As a wedding photographer , i work with and visit a good amount of venues, but nothing compares to the Boylston Rooms! From the beautiful industrial look inside , to the many photo opportunities outside, i would say that it is a perfect venue. Not all venues can provide a beautiful backdrop if it rains , the Boylston Rooms can ! The staff there is always so on top of everything , efficient and professional. In my line of work, you want to be able to focus on the job and not have to worry that your couple isn't being taken care of, I never have to worry about that at the Boylston Rooms. Erin is a joy to work with and i always look forward to seeing her again.”
