The wedding planner, her name is Kelly too, here is a doll. She made us feel welcome from the first visit with wine and welcome packet. Fell in love with the possibilities of the space instantly. When you know, you know right away. Our wedding was small and absolutely magical from start to finish. I will cherish every moment for the rest of our lives. I look into my husband's eyes and remember our wedding weekend spent at the Milan Villa like it was yesterday. Unforgettable and timeless! Could not recommend Harvest Moon Venue enough!! The staff is so helpful throughout the whole process - with planning and throughout the actual day and weekend. Our wedding pictures were stunning and we had to plan minimal decor wise because the property is absolutely gorgeous! My favorite part about Harvest Moon Venue is not only the staff but also how there is a seperate area for each part of your day - bridal suite, groomsmen cabin, ceremony area, cocktail hour area, reception area, and even an area for pictures. There are multiple areas for guests to socialize throughout the evening. If I could leave this venue 10 stars, I would!!

The Hotel at Oberlin ended up being the perfect place for our wedding. The location is close to pretty much anything you'll need for a wedding weekend. It's within a 1 minute walk to a variety of potential photograph locations (e.g. Hall Auditorium, Tappan Square...) as well as business (e.g. salons, restaurants, cafes) that can help your wedding day go smoothly. There are also a variety of potential ceremony locations within walking distance. We chose the Apollo Theater across the street. The team at the hotel, especially Lauren, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The chef and Lauren worked together to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and requests (e.g. extra entree option, catered lunch and snacks...). They were also helpful with managing the linen rentals, room design, and room block reservations. Guests were charmed by Oberlin and gave us feedback that they enjoyed being able to slow and down and enjoy small town life during the weekend. We had a lovely stay at Plaz Vilka for our college couples-only reunion. We had a mix of couples and singles and the cottages gave us flexibility for people to choose their sleeping arrangements and allowed for privacy. The property also had plenty of spaces to gather together as a large group which was the goal! We even did a special outdoor dinner event with a private chef which was the highlight of the weekend. The chef had multiple kitchen options to prepare and serve dinner at the property with plenty of supplies. We had the best weekend complete with beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend this property and the owners were great to work with - absolutely no issues at all! Thank you!

Personal and attentive to detail. Easy to work with, had a lot of dietary restrictions to work within and they were more than accommodating. Communication was responsive. The setting itself was beautiful and peaceful for a Sunday morning brunch, which everyone enjoyed. Very grateful for how easy they made the event to plan.

We have worked with Williams on the Lake for years. We get to participate in the Bridal Showcase every year. The food is always extraordinary. Working with them sometimes I get to test new recipes from Fresh herb bread to Filet that melts in your mouth. You can cut it with a spoon. It's that tender!!!

Columbia Hills was the most perfect venue for our wedding, and Jennifer Miller was the most amazing coordinator. The food was amazing, the staff who worked during our wedding were wonderful, and the locations on the golf course for photos are incredible. Jen is so sweet and accommodating, she worked so hard before, during, and after our wedding. We absolutely loved working with her! Due to COVID we decided to downsize our wedding and she worked with us to make the changes we needed to make. We were unsure of how it would go but everything was seamless, and our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests were so impressed with both the venue and Jen, we got so many compliments about them all night. My husband and I highly recommend Columbia Hills (and Jen!!) to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great food.

Whitehall Columbia was the perfect venue for our wedding! The communication with their event coordinator, Julia, was always easy, fast, and professional which made the wedding planning and day everything we have always wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and classy - perfect for a wedding. The chapel has gorgeous chandeliers, massive windows, and great natural light. Their staff was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. I cannot thank Julia enough. Without her, the whole wedding wouldn’t have been exactly what we dreamed of. My husband and I have talked about the day over and over again. Nothing could’ve been better. For the quality of the venue and service, Whitehall Columbia offered insane value. Really could not be any better. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue that has it all.

This venue is GORGEOUS! A venue that is located right outside of Tiffin, Ohio and close to New Riegel, Ohio. It is the perfect mix between modern county and modern chic. This CLEAN, BRAND NEW facility is PERFECT for any wedding size! It's got air conditioning, a beautiful ceremony area outside, TWO BEAUTIFUL balcony's inside where you can sit guests for dinner or just keep them open. The bar area is big, long and will serve guests inside AND outside the venue. It's awesome! The bathrooms are clean and the "getting ready" area is very well lit! Would recommend this venue to any couple!!

The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Skyview was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved that we could bring our own catering and that the alcohol was provided. The bar packages are awesome. Jordan and Donna were so helpful from the beginning. Easy to work with, kind and very communicative whenever I had questions. The venue itself is beautiful, we got so many compliments on the ceremony space and we did very minimal decoration.

We had a fabulous wedding reception at the Donauschwaben German Cultural Center (Lenau Park). Their entire staff—from their awesome coordinator Christine to their banquet captain and bar staff—was so kind, so professional, and most importantly made our guests feel welcome and taken care of. Christine came to every meeting organized and prepared. She understands the details as well as the emotions that go into planning a wedding and was a great part of our support system. She is fair and reasonable—even helped us make a German Hall a little more “Italian” for the bride. We could not have asked for a better partner! As for the venue itself, it was the perfect place to host 300 of our closest friends and family. The space was beautiful, bright and happy. Our guests were comfortably seated at 32 round tables of 8 to 10. The team made all of our décor visions come to life. The outdoor patio was welcoming and comfortable for guests as well. The dance floor is huge! Perfect for an Italian tarantella. I would also say the room is set up well acoustically—with 300 people in the room and music playing, you could still hear the other people at your table. The entryway was also perfect for our receiving line. We were happy to see that guests could enjoy their time—whether they wanted to dance the night away, sit and chat, or just enjoy the night air with family. The food was excellent—seriously excellent. We got so many compliments after the wedding! They have their buffet line down to a science with all of our guests being served in a reasonable amount of time. They also did a great job of meeting the needs of our gluten- and dairy-free guests. That is so hard to do when you are feeding so many people, and even these guests said they enjoyed their meals. Finally, the money we spent on this wedding reception was well worth the value. The food and beverage packages are incredibly fair for the quality and the amount of food your guests will be served. We were also able to add appetizers and some special add-ons at a reasonable rate. The linens are provided by a separate vendor, but even those costs were not too bad, and everything looked beautiful when it was decorated! While there are certain rules the venue must follow and sometimes we needed to negotiate the details, Christine was highly transparent and upfront with us, and always worked with us to find the right solution for our day. After hosting our wedding here, we would absolutely do it again with this space and this team. When it comes to the Donauschwaben, we strongly recommend them for your wedding reception and cannot say enough good things about their level of service!

Catering off-site events can be difficult, but Jeanne Fleming made it a breeze. We, as caterers, were able to communicate easily with her from when the wedding planning began through the day and evening of the event. We were able to work together in a way that gave the bride and groom nothing to worry about on their special day. I have been recommending The Christy House after discovering how great they are to work with!

The staff at Galaxy did a great job working with us to customize our booking for our small wedding. We booked the Wine Cellar which was the perfect size for a small, intimate reception and we still had plenty of room to add bar service. Our bartender was fantastic and really added to the fun of our event, and the other staff were super attentive and great to work with as well. The food was fantastic and our guests really enjoyed the whole evening.

I honestly could not possibly recommend Bay Arts more for a wedding! The entire experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish and we were thrilled at how it all turned out. Kelly was dream to work with and was so helpful and patient despite me being a bit of an anxious bride who was having trouble making decisions:) The venue itself is classy yet relaxed- everyone I talked to said it was the nicest event space they have ever been to and while I'm biased, I agree! Highly recommend renting a tent if you can swing it just so you don't have the added stress of potential rain. Our day was carefree and perfect:)

The Four Seasons Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding! Beth and her staff were incredibly responsive, prompt, precise, and easy to talk to throughout the planning process. On the big day itself, they went above and beyond to make everything stress-free. Beth and my wedding coordinator Katie were a true dream team, working seamlessly together to setup and execute our vision. The venue itself provided stunning backdrops for our ceremony and reception, with beautiful outdoor spaces and all well-maintained. Using their rentals also saved us a lot of money. I cannot recommend the Four Seasons Barn enough - between their fantastic communication, seamless execution, and gorgeous spaces, they were integral to making our wedding day perfect! 1000% recommendations this place!

The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day! Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances. The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar. I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful. After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders! Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding. Briarwood was a fantastic venue for our wedding! We held our ceremony down at their fireplace, gazebo setup and it was beautiful. Cocktail hour was on and around their patio, which worked out great for our guests while we went and took pictures. Oh and if you happen to get married around sunset there are so many cool spots for your guests to take pictures with the course/sky as a backdrop. Our reception was held in their banquet room, which is lined with windows overlooking the golf course and brings in lots of natural light. The room was set-up beautifully by their event coordinator and their entire staff made sure our wedding day was perfect! Finally their in-house caterer, Sausalito, was simply amazing! All of our guests raved about their food. It really was a special day all around. We'd highly recommend Briarwood for your wedding ceremony and/or reception

Hale Farm and Village was everything I could have dreamed of for our special day and more. The beautiful site was unique and every guest raved over the location. Even with the rain, it was stunning. Our wedding was on 9/28/24 so the property was open to the public during the day, but not very busy. We used the east side of the property and it was beyond picture perfect. The pavilion set the most perfect vibes for our reception, and the area behind the Herrick House was a dream come true for our ceremony. My husband and I did a first look and private vows in front of the yellow house, and were able to take photos on the entire property. It was MAGICAL to say the least. But this review is mostly for the AMAZING Miss Dotty. About two months before my wedding, I was notified that the person I had been in contact with and had been planning with was no longer with HF. Obviously, I was stressed and nervous to say the least. But once Dotty was brought on, and after one meeting with her my fears subsided. This amazing person did EVERYTHING in her power to help me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She came up with solutions to any issues, she offered ideas and thoughts for any question I had. This woman worked her butt off the day of my wedding!! With the change in staffing, and promises made from the prior, Dotty went above and beyond to make things happen. She also had a second wedding on the west side of the property the same day, and Dotty seemed to always be around when I needed something. When my ceremony was 45 minutes late... no fault of HF or Dotty (family drama)... and I was on the verge of a breakdown, Dotty came over to me and asked "you want to hear a funny story?" and continued to tell me something funny to distract me, and make me laugh. She made sure I wasn't too shiny from the stress sweat, and helped get things back on track. At one point she had the help of a young man named Alex (I hope that's right) who was just as kind and helpful as she was. Both helped with set up, and tear down. Alex helped fluff my dress before I walked at the ceremony as Dotty was closing and opening the entrance doors for me. They both seemed to make sure that everything could go as best as it could. I know for a fact this day would not have happened, and would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for Dotty. She is a superhero. Hale Farm and Village was truly a dream come true venue for us and our special day. But Dotty was a rock star and I am forever grateful for her, her hard work, and her kindness from the moment I met her. Thank you!!!

My husband and I initially wanted to elope. That is, until, we found this space. If you want your wedding day to feel like an absolute dream, while still being intimate and beautiful, you need to book CoLab. We had our ceremony there, and it was perfection from start to finish. Maureen is truly everything—she was with us every step of the way, making sure everything was just right and exactly what we wanted and hoped for. She handled every curveball and question with total grace. The space itself is gorgeous. It's airy while still being moody. There are so many beautiful details around the space that make for a perfect backdrop. The decor adds so much to the space without taking away from your event. CoLab is gorgeous but I truly believe that it’s Maureen that makes it special. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. I felt like I had a close friend there for me as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin, which is exactly what you want and need. Someone in your corner, hyping you up, and bringing the kindest presence to the day. Even if you opt out of her being there for you day-of, know that everything she does behind the scenes before the event is worth the cost and then some. If you want a ceremony spot that feels like a cozy, beautiful home for your big day, this is it. And if you’re on the fence—just do it. You’ll thank me later! (If you're doing ceremony-only at CoLab, I'd recommend that you book the extra lounge space, trust me! We booked both spaces and it made for such a seamless day and gave folks a place to mignle and chat before and after the ceremony!)

Peacock Ridge Venue provided a gorgeous backdrop for our wedding day. The grounds were stunning and offered beautiful photo opportunities. Our evening manager was very helpful in making sure things ran smoothly. We did feel that having other couples touring the venue during our reception setup was a bit disruptive. While we understand the need to book future business, we wished for more privacy as we prepared for our special event. Overall communication during the planning process was timely and thorough. We would recommend Peacock Ridge to other couples looking for a scenic venue in a peaceful natural setting.
