Our newly renovated second floor bridal suite is a "photographers dream", equipped with a kitchenette, makeup -up and hair room, a mother of the bride and mother-in-law suite, and a breathtaking bridal and Groom Suite. The Corley Mill House is an Edwardian-era home built in 1908. The house was purchased and developed into an event venue in 1997 and with the additions of banquet space and gardens in 2001, the property has evolved into a multi-faceted venue for indoor and outdoor events of all types and sizes. The house was purchased in 2020 by Pam and John Banks. We are continually upgrading all of our spaces to make them lovely, but also functional for your entire wedding party. We host over 70 weddings here a year, but only one per day. We are old fashion customer service people. Our goal is to take care of you in every phase of the process.

The historic American craftsman-style home was built in 1913 and underwent renovations in 2021 to revive the rich, historical feel of the estate. Located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, the estate boasts 7,000 square feet of indoor space, in addition to a massive 5,600 square feet of private outdoor patio and plenty of private parking. Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
