Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1906 Greek Revival mansion was originally the Holberg Hotel. A beautiful garden, rocking chairs, and porch swings on the generous wrap-around veranda add to your journey back in time.

This magnificent Georgian-style home was built in 1914 for Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt, a financier, and businessperson, by P. Thornton Marye, whose most famous project was the design of The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. In 1937, the house was purchased by Nasour and Mary Mansour, the first generation of dry goods merchants known regionally for their Mansour’s Department Stores, first in LaGrange and then in other major cities in the region. The Truitt Vanderbilt Club has an incredible array of unique and experiential rooms, nooks, porches, crannies, lawns, and one-of-kind spots to make your special event very special. One of the big advantages of hosting your event here is the opportunity to use a combination of the expansive grounds that surround the interior spaces within this beautiful structure.

The Loft at Due South combines the celebrated cuisine of Due South Seafood Kitchen with a polished elegance that fuses perfectly for your special event. We offer an extensive list of menus options to choose from and our chef can customize the menu to fit your needs. The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V that are included as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.

We are a new venue in Warm Springs, Georgia. We have two options for weddings- a fully enclosed chapel or outside in front of our beautiful arbor. We also have a covered porch for the reception. We have a separate bridal suite with 5 vanity stations, a groom's room, restrooms, and a kitchen. The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200-square-foot chapel, men's and women's restrooms, a prep kitchen, and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square-foot porch. There is also a separate 800-square-foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

Terminal West lies within the King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown Atlanta. The arts center originally started out as a plow factory but was converted into studios in the 1990’s. Terminal West once was an iron smelting room and has been transformed into a music venue with modern production while maintaining the original factory aesthetics. Terminal West opened its doors in March of 2012 and is now a concert venue/event space.

Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

For years, the space was used to host congregations until 2003 when it was converted into an event hall. In 2020, the building was purchased and renovated to upgrade with latest amenities to add to its one of a kind character, while keeping original part of the building structure.
