We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

The Community Sailing Center is a lively hub on the shores of Lake Champlain, less than a mile from downtown Burlington, VT, where community members and visitors gather to laugh, learn, and play on the lake together. In 2017, the Community Sailing Center completed construction of the first new building on the Burlington Waterfront in over 20 years. Starting in 2018, this beautiful new facility is available to the community to rent for gatherings and events. Be one of the first to celebrate your special occasion in this purpose-built, Net Zero building and support our mission to provide lake access, recreation, and education for all.

Located just a mile from downtown Burlington, the Intervale Center's renovated 1860s Community Barn offers a convenient, rustic, and picturesque setting for your special day. Say your “I do’s” in a quaint ceremony outside on the venue’s gorgeous green grounds surrounded by stunning trees, bushes, and of course, your happy loved ones.

For decades Ted & Linda Fondulas have worked together as successful restaurateurs & event planners. In their 3rd act, they open up their wildly beautiful property for your occasion. Their venue, Back of the Moon, is located on a hilltop in the heart of VT near Killington Ski Resort. From the renewal of vows and offbeat elopements to bachelorette cooking parties or more traditional weddings, their private oasis kicks it for your affair. Chef Ted offers cooking classes & Linda is seasoned in event planning, so their food/beverage knowledge along with Linda’s aesthetic assists you in masterminding your special day. Their beloved property is now offered to you & yours for small or large affairs. 8 people or less: a cook & mini-moni pkg. is $825 for two. For larger, tented events mid-May to mid-October, $2800 includes 95 photo-op acres of hiking trails, forest, two ponds, plus vendor recommendations. A third option is a tented event on the bank of their large pond for 11-30 people.
